Being in England, I'd like to ban any TV program with "Celebrity", "Dancing" or "Idol" in the title.
Heh, that's a good shout.

Having not really bothered to read anything posted so far, I'll just throw out some suggestions which I have no doubt have been said many times already.

South Park. Now, it's not that I dislike it - admittedly I've never been the biggest fan but I certainly don't hate it - but I do think it's been running out of steam for quite a while now. In the interest of going out on a high note, I would've been happy to see it end around the time they released the eternally-brilliant movie.

The Simpsons. Same argument, really. I love it, or rather I love the mid-period... but it's not been brilliant for a while now and the movie just continued the decline rather than restoring my faith. There was a time when for me to say such a thing would've been inconceivable, but now I really think it's time it was put out to pasture while it's still got some dignity intact.

Scrubs. Arguably my favourite show ever, at least up there alongside one or two others, but series 6 onwards hasn't been quite up to scratch. Now that half the cast and production staff (but Zach Braff in particular) have confirmed they're leaving, it's time to wrap it up rather than trying to limp on without them. Also I'm slightly peeved that series 7 (11 episodes rather than the regular 22 or 24) will cost the same as all the others when it comes out on DVD next Monday, but that's not entirely relevant here.

Skins. The first series was incredible but, for various reasons, I haven't got around to seeing the second series yet. I do, however, know that all of the major cast left at the end of it. Now they're gearing up for the start of the third series with an entirely new cast - well, almost, the new main character is the old main character's little sister - and I'm just not sure it's going to work. I guess it remains to be seen but when Channel 4 pulled that stunt with Teachers (another entry alongside Scrubs for my favourite show ever) it just didn't work and they were forced to cancel the show after the series limped to a close.

I don't watch Lost, 24, Heroes or any of that kinda thing so I have absolutely no opinion on them. I'm told Heroes is very good and that I should watch it, but haven't got around to it so far.

-Halo
-Pretty much any main Nintendo franchise; They're are all pretty much the same.
-World War II movies, videogames, etc (which were all made by americans, curiously).
-The simpsons. Here at least the national TV and FOX show the old episodes (1990's season I think) because the new seasons are just too boring and have too many USA related jokes.

That's pretty much it.
