That certainly helps a lot. I tend to feel sexier than usual when I'm wearing open shirts or zippy hoodies for some reason... Maybe it's the combination of "fancy clothes" (shirts)and showing off how skinny I am... I tend to be proud of my weight despite the fact that I'm lower than average (8 stone) than other guys, and I'm not sure if anyone's attracted to that...

but generally I think its being comfortable in what Im wearing..and liking what Im wearing, even though I know its not "fashionable" or feminine it doesnt matter because I like it and feel better in it, if I was forced ot wear somthing i hated then I feel terrible

like my sneakers (converse style, not actual sport ones), yeah they arnt overly cool but I hate boots and prefer the feeling of having my feet all snug,

OT: Well, most of the things OP listed. I'll detail the clothes one though. When I wear a hat from my collection, or one of my really nice button down shirts. When I wear my black slim fit suit (with or without my trilby) or when I wear my David Tennant coat on a windy day. When my hair falls just right and it looks casually ruffled.

Outside of appearance: When I'm training dogs, particularly if someone I know sees me being all in charge and whatnot. When I have those phases of off the cuff remarks and wit that bring smiles to ladies faces.

Edit: As depressing as it is, I have most of these moments if I've spent a certain amount of time out of the company of a certain friend. He likes to just occasionally say something to put me down or make me doubt myself, and has this knack where I just end up thinking about it for the rest of the day.

Then I make use of a truly staggering number of prostitutes, some of whom I may have once been married to, then I buy drugs, in fact I take a pillow case to the drug dealer and tell him to fill it with drugs.

And OT: Lordi, Rammstein, The Who etc. basically some good epic sounding music. The Superman theme is pretty good for it.

One of the previous posters got it right, it's from a very crude comic called Transmetropolitan, I highly reccomend looking into it especially if you're into completely batshit insane vulgar humour.
