I've never tried it, but apparently the 1948 Cheval Blanc is the most tannic and acidic vintage. So it wouldn't have been the extra 15 minutes... I know you were joking, but that is actually true. It made my 1948 Cheval Blanc a little dry to be honest; it did not pair well with my Almas Caviar. Really threw off my day, and made me late for my meeting with the realtor regarding purchasing Nanuku Levu Island. Man, life is really tough sometimes.
