I normally don't eat sugary stuff at all on weekdays. The only pure sugar in my diet on a weekday is the two or three teaspoons I mix in my breakfast, which otherwise consists entirely of a bowl filled with rolled oats and milk.
I still notice that I can easily get a bit tired and irate by the end of a day at school.
