Kojiro calmed down, 'She's helping us now...' He gave a nod.

"Thank you, Seiya-senpai. All we wanted from the beginning was help. I don't know why you and that green haired punk thought we'd be ok doing nothing. If anything it would probably make us crazy...I know I would go crazy."

"You're giving us equipment?" Kumiko looks a bit shocked. She expected Seiya to open up to them, but she did not anticipate her full acceptance and then some. "Thank you!" she gave a very deep bow. "Thank you for trusting us. You don't have to do this by yourselves."

Kojiro nods, 'Agreeing with Mizushima again, what a week.'

"She's right, we want to help solve this mystery...so um...whoa re these 'sponsors'?"

"S-Sorry, I don't think I'm permitted to tell you that..."

Eber folded his arms. He didn't know how he felt about the sudden change of heart. Surely the equipment was a perk, but... "And what of the security system?"

Hikaru's lips pursed. "I can help with that, too. What your team really needs is organization..."

Kojiro frowned. "We're working that out. Its hard to get organized when no one wants to fucking help. Between you and Igor our own option was to just explore until we found something-" He couldn't really stop the sarcasm from pouring out his mouth, but in away he felt Seiya did deserve to be out down a tiny bit.

"Which of course nearly killed us and you. But hey! What matters is that we're getting help now, even though the whole situation could have been avoided if someone had just helped us in the beginning..."

She was immediately on the defensive.

"This coming from one of the people who ran away after freeing one of the largest Shadows we've seen from the tunnels! If Kurado and I hadn't been there, it could've killed more than just us... It could've attacked the city!" Hikaru bit her lip and calmed herself, "You need our help just as much as we need yours. You aren't ready to handle this on your own."

"Well of course we're not!" Kojiro went on the defensive back at her. "That's my whole fucking point! You said we need organization, I agree! But I think it would have been better if someone tried to help us from the beginning, not after we fucked up."

He crossed his arms. "You and Kurado obviously get help from some unnamed source, but everyone else who stumbles into this either just gets brushed off or dies. That doesn't seem very effective."

"Would you just calm the fuck down? Seriously. I get it! We're all upset that it took this damn long to get any sort of help from Seiya and her friend. People make mistakes!" Kumiko was surprised that Kojiro could even manage to screw this up. They just got their senpai to help them and now he was going to dick it up. "She had her reason, but when it comes down to it, all that matters right now is that she is helping! If you're going to be an asshole save it for someone who goes out of their way to be one."

'Some one like you. FUCK!'

Kojiro rolled his eyes, "Whatever."

'Because everyone in our party is a dumb mindless sheep that just obeys without question! God damn I hate these stupid rich spoon feed asshats. They never question a DAMN thing and get pissy as fuck at you if you do. Idiots! All of them! Mizushima by far the biggest idiot of them all! We're going to work for someone 'unknown sponsor'. She's probably blow her PMS gasket is I pointed out how ridiculously suspicious it is that someone has technology and info on the damn shadows. Buy hey! Whatever! What does poor old Kojiro know.'

"So what's next on the list of questions," he turned to Fridmund.

Hikaru went from red-hot to looking downtrodden.

"I-I'm sorry..."

Eber frowned. He could certainly see the merit in both arguments--they shared the same power, and thus deserved to know the truth about it. But, their gifts were still immature and until recently they'd likely only been a hindrance to Hikaru and Kurado.

"Where is Kurado?"

Hikaru's hands twisted together. "He said that... he had training to do..."

"Hey yeah! He was with us last night..." Kojiro looked around the room, "What kind of training? Is it something we can do as well?"

"I think he's just... embarrassed about having to ask you for help. It's been just the two of us for a few years now."

"Whoa, whoa, whoa! You've been doing this for years?" Kumiko was beyond shocked. "Are you kidding? That's insane!"

'So she's had our powers...A Persona for fucking years? No wonder she didn't trust us.'

Yamada stared around at the group of people, seething at their blatant disrespect. She was, in fact, helping them now. He stood back and observed, happy that Mizushima had said something about it.

Dopplegangers, A.M.P.s, Personas. Had he heard any of this just a month ago he would have thought the speaker was out of their damn mind. He eyed the headpieces, slightly uncertain about it. He needed to figure out this benefactor. His brows furrowed in consideration and was also wondering along the same lines as Mizushima. He finally spoke up.

"How did the two of you get dragged into it? What is the common factor between Persona users? Is there one?" He felt tons of questions bubbling up to the surface of his mind, fighting to be asked.

He liked Kurado. He could understand what he'd seen of his position, the pressure he was under and the predicament he'd been put in, in part by them. His embarrassment at having had to ask for assistance was just as familiar and he felt a distinct stab of guilt at Seiya bringing up their running away. If there was anything he regretted most right now, it was not having stayed to fight that fight. Having given up because his team told him it was a bad idea. He knew well enough to trust his own instincts and intended to go with them from now on.

"It's a long story... I'm not really ready to talk about it yet."

Something about the way Hikaru locked up after those questions made Eber wonder if perhaps their meeting was the same occasion that Kurado received that deforming scar...

"A-Are there any other questions?"

"Just one more for me," Kojiro spoke up again, "When do you want us all to meet up again? Or to train or direct us...or whatever it is you will have us do?"

'This is ridiculous...'

Isoroku listened to all that was being said, accepted all that was being offered, and did little else beyond his initial request of wtf is going on here? Which, as far as he was concerned, had only vaguely been answered. It seemed like some sort of production they were all expected to play their part in and it seemed most of those in attendance were eagerly going through their prescribed lines.

"Thank you, Seiya-senpai, for all that you've enlightened us with and the equipment you've provided us with. I'm sure it will come in handy."

His script was going to end up in the trash as soon as he left this room.

Hikaru looked concerned by the behavior of Isoroku. She turned to the others, "I'm sorry... but... What is it I'm supposed to do...?"

Kumiko gave Yoshida a look similar to the one he received from Seiya. 'That sounds so...rehearsed...Kinda like a wolf practicing how he was going to tell those sheep that he didn't eat meat...'

She shook her head, dislodging the thought from her head. "We'll all be working together. That's what we're supposed to do, right?"
