One pair of very heavy black boots, from my clubbing days. As in dancing and stuffs not beating people up, although you could easily beat someone to death with these boots.

One pair of very pointy pin stripe dress shoes. To go with my not so pointy pin stripe suit.

One pair of hiking boots. Twice as much to buy compared to sneakers, but will last for ten years, rather than 6 months.

I wear white sneakers and dress shoes if I'm working or dressing up. I hate any non-white tennis shoes. I don't think they look good on anyone.

I wear sneakers regularly, dress shoes if I'm going somewhere important.

And I don't really have a "Special brand" or anything, just whatever fits and I think looks good. I probably couldn't tell you what brand my current shoes are.

Dress shoes for true dress situations.

I also buy my girlfriend shoes whenever she decides to add to the monstrous collection she already has, but she has a rule: she can't have more pairs than she the number of pounds she weighs, so she only has 115 pairs right now.

Black nike sneakers for work and most daily activities. Khaki New Balance for sports... I really don't need or want anything more!

I have 3 pairs of sneakers, only 1 of which gets worn normally. The god-know-how-old-and-even-that-is-a-mystery pair that are worn beyond worn. They are worn to the point they have little indents on the inside where my toes go, which they didn't have from the factory.
Old shoes are the best shoes and by far the most comfortable.

I wear some air walk skate shoes, they are comfortable, cool and are like light fluffy pillows lightly grazing your feet. And they have plenty of space inside.

Heels, at 5ft tall I don't have many options, and wearing 6" shiny black lace ups usually gets a second glance when accompanied by my nerdy outfits.
And when my feet really can't take it, converse. My special tartan ones.
