((Just to let everyone know, when the Aegis VII base is reached, my character (Kyoshiro) is holed up inside of a small doctor's office near the entrance, the door assumed to have necros nearby and he is unable to leave on his own accord I need to get in on this RP and I had to change my location.))
Kyoshiro paced nervously about, casually running the scalpel along the length of his coat, Ted's body lay nearby, frozen in the last stage of the mutation process, Kyo had killed a mutator that slipped through the ventilation shaft, and was currently staking it out, the last thing to attack the door had been a slasher, luckily Kyoshiro had managed to deploy the riot outfitting around his clinic and it was keeping them away for now. He covered Ted's face, a mask of pain, and incomprehensible agony, with a spare lab coat, the clinic was located near the entrance, a small place only indicated by a discreet red and white sign "Miyamoto and Carmichael Clinic" the latter name belonging to his medical partner, Lauren, she had been gone for some time, and her fate was unknown. He made a few checks over his shoulder and carefully proceeded into the hallway, finding the blue screen of the security terminal, accessing his last hope for finding survivors.
Kyoshiro had only a few more minutes with the system before it would initiate an automatic security lockout and close itself, he did not know the password, and he doubted power would be around much longer. He navigated his way through the emergency menu, finding what he desired, and clicked. A computerized voice asked him to confirm the order, annoyed, Kyoshiro hammered the "yes" portion of the question. A loading screen popped up as the order was carried out.
A small portion on the roof of the station whirred to life, sending a few investigative necromorphs in response. A cylindrical tube turned up towards the sky and fired the last three emergency flares, which turned a bright blue when they exploded, Kyoshiro's last hope to find survivors outside the station. Five minutes later, the automatic lockdown shut down the security terminal in the hallway, Kyo dashed back to the safety of the clinic.
