If people mod for single player, or offline play or something, fine by me. But when they do it online, to rank up or ruin other peoples fun, then I don't agree with it. It's like glitching in Socom. People will make private rooms that say "GLITCHING" and so, I just join the server rooms and I'm fine. But when a glitcher joins those server rooms? I think they should be banned. So if this guy is just modding for offline stuff, I say let him, he ain't hurting nothing.

He's threatening to do so many things I think you can legally sick some investigators after him. Most people don't realize that when they make threats of hacking IP's that they possibly just landed themselves a trip to their local prison.

To be honest you should've just ignored him in the first place after you reported him. No reason to say "ha ha I reported you too" your just inviting him to report him back.

Actually it's funny to tell people you've reported them. That way when they insult you you're able to report them for offensive messaging!

If he is a Mod, then of of course he should be fired- but at the same time, I don't think the asshole is a Mod.
Just an asshole who maybe knows one or two tricks, and likes to make people think he has "authoritaeee" by pretending. If real moderator wrath came down on him, he'd either swear up a storm or try to kiss-ass to keep him from trouble.

Still, you're right, there are a crapload of total IDIOTS on XBL. This is why I always mute everyone except the people in my party when playing online. Even the intelligent ones never have anything important to say anyway, so I know I'm not missing out on anything.

i know what you mean, if I wanted to be called a fag while playing Halo I'd play split screen with my friends
at least then I can backhand them if they get on my nerves
