Should I have retaliated?

If someone slapped me for no reason then I'd have to deck them because I wear glasses. My glasses are my berzerk button, many people who think that I'm always good natured have accidentally knocked my glasses off of my face and found out how mean I can be. I will remain enraged until I receive an apology, or my glasses are returned to me. If I am ever serious about fighting someone, I will remove my glasses. I have defused many people with the simple act of removing my glasses, because I make it clear to everyone, that when I'm not wearing my glasses, they better tread carefully.

In your case though, if you don't wear glasses, then I'd simply ask for an explanation. If she didn't give one, and tried to attack me again, then I'd restrain her, or if I was in a particularily shitty mood, then I'd shove her. You showed a lot of restraint, and that's impressive in the situation you described. However, simply standing there and taking it might not have been the best approach, because not she probably thinks she can get away with behaviour like that. If she ever lays a hand on you again, then I suggest you take steps to stop it, because she has a major attitude problem.

Mp5 her, 799 problems a minute left.

Or just kick her in the shins and tell her what she was doing. if she hits back just crack her in the face, works on others.

Punch her in the face so hard that she bursts into coins.
Okay, no more Scott Pilgrim for me...

Fo' realies though, I'd probably have just walked off. Awfully quick. Fighting would result in me losing, which would be very embarrassing.
My friends might retaliate if they were there seeing as I have some fairly aggressive pals, but most likely we'd just walk off and be confused about what the duck just happened.

I think you did the right thing; and good for you for not doing anything.
But you could've pushed her away quite hard or something, but what you did was good of you.

Hope everythings alright man and those people get what they deserve -_-

I would have taken her down with a throw move of any kind, then pin her to the freakin' ground if she'd done something like that to me. Doesn't matter the gender, someone trying to hurt me, I hurt 'em right back. And don't give me that "you're not supposed to hit girls" lecture, they want equality they get equality.

I think she likes you.

Seriously.
I never ever ever ever ever ever met or heard of her in my life lol
I think it was "Love at first bite".

It's weird, but there are a few girls out there that like to bite. That means she's cheating on her douche of a boyfriend. She sensed his failing health (he smokes cigarettes) as a weakness and decided to choose someone stronger and healthier. Since you didn't react when she pulled and bit you, that made you strong and virile in her eyes.

Two things.

I wouldn't have told the teacher, just not my style.

But if a chick came up and slapped me or pulled my hair, I'd be like, "Get the FUCK off me you *****". Then I'd go find the dude and ask what was going on.

Feh. A man needs his girlfriend to fight his battles? Reminds me of that one Fresh Prince episode in a few ways.

OT: That seems a little....awkward to not react in that situation; I can't imagine things were overly quiet on both ends. A quick shove, a "WTF" and a situation assessment on whether or not you'll run or confront her would've sufficed for me if I was in that situation. It seems odd that something like...that would happen so cleanly.

.....Or if it was all quiet.....Could she have been a zombie? If so, you're screwed.

Nah I joke, I would probably push her away or try restrain her from hitting me.
Ouch, that's gotta hurt.

But, I'd have just pushed her off me asked her what the fuck her problem was and walked away before she could answer. Her boyfriend must be some pussy if he has to get his girlfriend to fight for him.
