I didn't like the demo either, but after seeing it get several good reviews I decided to pick it up anyway and I really enjoyed it. Suppose it goes to prove that you can't always judge a game by the demo.Elijah Ball said:Should I play Arkham Asylum?
I played the demo forever ago and it didn't grab me but everybody says its amazing and Arkham City is coming out now...
I like to play new games (when I can afford it) so I'll probably end up at least trying it. Should I get Asylum before City?
Actually, the devs already picked a character from the random 3RedEyesBlackGamer said:Ehhh, I don't know. The game ends with the status quo being restored. Not a lot to continue from. Even the bit after the credits was randomized. So, canonically, you can't really continue from that.DJDarque said:Considering City takes place after Asylum I would recommend you play it. If you really can't get into it, but still want to play City then I'm sure you could look up a playthrough on youtube or something.

Quincy Sharp has become mayor of Gotham and closed of the slums section of the city to contain all the inmates from the asylum since it was destroyed.
