Should I play Wow

Im not sure if I want to play WOW. What do you think I should do? Or just save my life and find a new game?

I often have the same question. Two of my friends and one acquaintance do play and the only MMO I ever played was a Matrix Online demo. Everytime we go out for a beer we get to talking about it and I get temped to give WOW a shot.

Unless you have a small handful of friends and/or family joining you, no. In the current state of WoW, being a new player absolutely blows unless you're playing along with people you know.

haha yeah. I tried to play Champion Online but got bored once the Beta was over. I really never played a game long enough to finish it. Plus I always solo the whole thing which sucked to

Just give the trial a go. it's not a large download and it give you a small taste of what WoW offers.

Have you considered... NOT soloing things in a game that is based around multiplayer? If not, then multiplayer games are probably not for you.

actually, i hate multiplayer. but i enjoyed WoW anyways. other players, groups, raids, and PvP were just nessecary evils toward my goal of having fun. the forums were my multiplayer, find 'laudren' on the general discussion forum, you'll see why i had so much fun.

Screw WoW, I'm sure you have better things that damn money can be spent on rather than forking out to a MMORPG that should have died ages ago.
