Yes, just like you can kill adults. If you can kill a grown person, it should be just as reasonable to kill kids. It's just as bad a crime, and just as horrible. That particular border of wrong in game has already passed.

P.S. Speaking of Fable 2, why do my WHITE wife and I have a BLACK son? It is really bothering me because he obviously can't be mine and I want some fuckin answers. If anyone knows why BOTH of my wives have a BLACK son when the both of us are WHITE, please tell my why before I go all apeshit on them...
You're both albinos but he isn't?

Any if a child (or an adult for that matter) is innocent I don't think you should be able to kill them. But if they do one bad thing on purpose (assuming they knew it was bad and it wasn't accidental) then blow their heads off on purpose.

Screw you MacCreedy! I don't care if you're mayor because you're an asshole! shine my shoes or it's the coal mines for you boy!

Of course! I dont see how killing kids is any more offensive than killing anyone else.

On a side note. Just because you CAN kill someone in a game doesn't mean you must.

I used to try and drive around legitly in GTA for shits and giggles. I looked at it as a challenge :p.
nice to know I'm not the only one lol

Should game designers let you be able to kill/hurt kids.
They shouldn't just let you, it should be a mandatory feature of all games.

If you can go around killing adults, then yes, you should be allowed to kill kids. It just doesn't make sense that 1 bullet to the head kills an adult, while 50 to the face only renders a child "unconcious"

you can do it in the sims and that only has a teen rating, granted it's not gory but you can still make them drown in a swimming pool by removing the ladder.

Yes, absolutely. This is something Fallout 3 needed, and it's about the only reason I liked FO1 (and I think 2, but I honestly can't remember if you could kill kids in FO2) over FO3.

Yes. To murder children would be good in some games. The feeling it would give, and how evil you would feel. It would be great.

Yes as long as the player always has a choice. The player should not be forced to kill children but should have the option. Bioshock did a good job with this, granted you needed Adam from the Little Sisters but you always had the option to allow the girls to live.

If it's Princess of Little Lamplight from Fallout 3...

YES
of course i want to beat the crap out of EVERYONE it that cave.but all in all there will be a public outcry and worse yet FOX NEWS WILL BE RIGHT for once.letting you kill kids although funny could destroy videogames entirely except possibly rts and wii because there is usually little violence to grant a m rating but while still fun losing other genres is not ok. DONT LET FOX NEWS BE RIGHT!

Well, in games like GTA and Prototype I don't think, because GTA tried to be realistic and parents wouldn't let their kids out when they hear about how you drive on the sidewalk and shoot any survivors for shits and giggles.

And Prototye, eh, it just doesn't seem to make sense to be able to kill kids in that game.

Plus those games are sandbox and basically encourage murdering people, so if kids were introduced then bad things would happen.

However, in games like Fallout and Fable, where kids could die from any number of causes, then yes, kids should be able to die. The wasteland/Albion is a dangerous place, and no kid should be able to walk past a Deathclaw/Balverine without being killed.

If I was the conspiracy type, I'd say fallout is an advocate for being allowed to kill children in games. Firstly, you are allowed to kill them in the first two games and the third one was even more effective in advocation because the children in it were unbearable annoying and invincible. It didn't long in Little Lamplight for me to get pissed off at being sworn at, which I would kill anybody for and whip out my mini-nuke launcher. Seeing the annoying characters in the game unharmed by a shoot that would destroy a house makes we really, really, wish killing kids in games was more universally accepted.

If they what Fallout was trying to do, It succeeded brilliantly.

err what?? Why would kids in GTA and Prototype be any more "unrealistic" than in fallout? Are you saying that it's "realistic" that children don't exist in the two cities?
