Finally took a couple of pictures of my pets, and remembered about this thread.

First of is Millie, a beagle, lying on my parent's bed in this picture.

And then there's Flow, a Northern Inuit, currently lying on our couch, which means there will be a ton of dog hair on it once she moves.

And then here's one of my older sister's dog, Mojo (named after Mojojojo from the Powerpuff girls

That name fits her perfectly for some reason.

Here he is when he was still a kitten, snuggling with his big brother. Onix is to the left, he's a half wolfhound.
The kitty is so pretty. I have never seen a kitty with leopard spots. What breed it it? Don't say that you spray painted your kitty :D

No spray paint. He's a leopard actually.

A Bengal cat, to be more precise. They're mixed with Asian Leopard Cats.

ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL!

Has that pic been shopped or did the camera have a seizure?
No it happens a lot for some weird reason... They may legit be demons.

"Dogs, cats and almost all domestic animals have a special reflective layer in the back of the eye termed the tapetum, which enhances nocturnal vision. Light passes through the animal's retina from outside of the eye and is then reflected back through the retina a second time from the reflective tapetal layer beneath the retina. This double stimulation of the retina helps these species to see better than humans do in dim light situations. The color of this tapetal layer varies to some extent with an animal's coat color. A black Labrador retriever, for example, will usually have a green tapetal reflection. A buff Cocker spaniel will generally show a yellow tapetal reflection. Most young puppies and kittens have a blue tapetal reflection until the structures in the back of the eye fully mature at six to eight months of age. "Color dilute" dogs and cats, such as red Siberian huskies and blue point Siamese cats, may have no tapetal pigment, and may therefore exhibit a red reflex just like human beings."

Essentially its just a really bad case of red eye. Someone uses a flash and it reflects the light that hits the eye back to the camera. Since cats/dogs have extra layers in the eye than we do it tends to be much worse.

I don't have any pets right now :( My bf is allergic to everything. I want to get a hairless cat because they are adorable and he wont be allergic to it (I hope) But so many people tell me there very pretentious and only snobs get them. :( I know they cost quite a bit but I'd be willing to pay the 1500 for one just to have a cuddly kitty. Am I nuts? hah

My Uncle and Aunt have two cats, Percy and Florence. They are both from the same litter, Percy squeaks and runs away while Florence snuggles up to you while you're in bed and lies down on the floor next to you expecting you to scratch her neck. They are both really cute but I have no pictures.
