Everything OP mentions has happened to me... a lot... and I love it
Also I start behaving like the character I've been playing as, e.g. my house at uni has like 7 flights of stairs and I'm on the top floor so after playing Uncharted I'll jump down them as much as possible and do a roll afterwards whenever possible, orrr after playing MGS I'll sneak down them reeeeally slowly
...love my life

Ah Duke Nukem. Great game, too bad my new computer will not run it anymore since the game is too low-res for it to run.

You know you've been playing too much video games when you start hitting people to spycheck.

I see a parking lot full of cars, or a room full of clutter and immediately think "Jeez, that place has got to be laggy.."

I've played Oblivion enough that i might as well be a licensed Herbalist. i'll be going along and see a plant by the sidewalk or whatever and almost immediately know what it is.
I have more than a thousand songs on my music thing, almost half are soundtracks from games.
I have memorized the speech by Arcturus Mengsk talking about the new Terrans and imminent flood.

While it's not me personally, a person I know can recite Andrew Ryan's speech during your descent into Rapture word for word.

I myself, just analyse if areas have good cover.

Sometimes when I hold things I make sure I can see them, so it's more like an FPS... uhh.

Also, I often keep quoting games in my head for no reason at all.

"IT'S TIIIIME TO SPLIT!"

I just start to get bits of the game overlayed onto my vision.

I dream I'm either in the game itself or playing the game... then I wake up from my uber pwnage and realize it never was real. Sigh... v.v

After playing WAAAAY too much Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, I started seeing Nirnroot whilst walking outside and one time almost ran over to collect it!

For those who don't know, Nirnroot is a turquoise coloured plant in the game Oblivion. It is very rare and there is a quest which involves collecting them. Of course whenever I see that unique colour in the game I instantly rush over to grab it. Doesn't quite work the same in real life :(

AH HA! I'm not the only one! Yet I hear the sound randomly as well... damn you Nirnroot quest.

After a long weekend of playing "Call of Cthulhu", I spent all night playing Guitar Hero.
The dream I had that... morning ...was very, very odd. It involved me, in a school, fighting shoggoths and using guitar hero notes as health items.
Also when I was little I was walking, turned a corner and saw a raccoon. I immediately reached for a pokeball XD

It's Silent Hill, isn't that a given, really?

There have been a few instances where, after playing multiplayer games for a little bit too long, I was scared to see people without their names over their heads--because they were obviously on the enemy team and therefore coming to kill me.

In a way which doesn't invade normal life quite as much, I'm prone to referencing games, at least to myself: when told to formulate my opinions on genetic engineering, I was strongly tempted to cite games like BioShock as examples.

I've gotten the reticules from games burned into my retinas for a while, that wasn't fun.

Also, after spending a particularly long time playing Fallout 3, I walked out of my room and my dad made a grunting noise from his bedroom. Before I even had time to think I pressed hotkeys, pulled out my assault rifle, and was ready to deal with the Super Mutant. Then I calmed down and realized it was just my dad. It was pretty scary to feel my fingers move like that when I wasn't holding a controller.

I was playing Splinter Cell. When I was done I walked outside and it was dark, and my first impulse was to go for my goggles

My eyes start to hurt and I get a headache...

then I realize I have no recollection of the past 14 hours, am in a Mexican dessert with a nothing but a lampshade on...and I'm missing a tooth.

I finally stroll into town & everyone says "it's that American who wanted to be a drug runner to pay for more TV games...didn't work out, huh?"

After playing way too much Fallout 3, I now find myself very reluctant to throw away the bottle caps from soda and sparkling juice bottles. I currently have 7.

When I play DDR for too long and when I shut my eyes, I see the arrows.

Or when my friends and I start reenacting cut scenes.

Also, when my eyes burn the day after I pulled an all-nighter playing a game.
