Signs you've played too much Borderlands

Yeah, i love Jakobs though, awesome guns. especially their revolvers. I get a hard-on for a good revolver in borderlands.

Hahah yeah they're awesome... I've got a 330 damage 4x corrosive Pestilent Defiler, as I'm on my first play through. It just eats Crimson Lance soldiers... If it only had a scope and more than a 2 round clip it would be the perfect gun!

The revolvers truly are godly in Borderlands, assuming, yanno, that you can aim. I have a Brick specced as a Blast Master who's got an explosive revolver that essentially liquifies whatever I hit with it. The first time I shot something with it and watched its torso go one way, and its legs go the other, I knew I was in love.

I knew I played too much Borderlands when I found myself walking around in public singing Ain't No Rest for the Wicked to myself.

Yeah I know all the words to that song now... great music in the game. I actually had a similar incident last night... I picked up a Dahl Terrible Shotgun rated at 112 x 11, only a 2 bullet clip though. Anyhow... a bunch of Burning Psychos are running towards me, and I am using my eridian lightning storm on them, but it runs out of ammo. I quickly switch to the Dahl shotgun as the last one was closing in, and fired. All that was left was the lower half of his body.

The Pestilent Defiler I got in my first playthrough is still my gun of choice on my second playthough - it's just that awesome. But mine has a 3.5x scope, 299 damage and 4x corrosive. I'll keep the damage cut for the long scope though.

When you open any form of box and are dissapointed that there are no homing rocket launchers inside (This happened. While I was helping someone who was moving.)

Are there homing rocket launchers in the game? I haven't extensively used that weapon yet.

The Pestilent Defiler I got in my first playthrough is still my gun of choice on my second playthough - it's just that awesome. But mine has a 3.5x scope, 299 damage and 4x corrosive. I'll keep the damage cut for the long scope though.

Yeah, it seems that the Orange weapons, while unique, still have varying stats. I have one called "Brutal Chimera" in another save that actually randomly chooses an elemental damage type for each bullet. I've found revolvers with more damage, but that one is my favourite .

Vladof TMP2/V3 Cold Torment

mine has a damage of 158 and an accuracy of 98 and finally (the reason this handgun is worth mentioning) a fire rate of 16! May not sound like alot,but i can empty a 20 bullet clip in 2 seconds flat,and im happy to prove that,if you guys want my GT.

I prefer Dahl weapons. They just work the best for me. Jakobs has some pretty kickass snipers, though...

OT: When you start comparing guns and the gun companies between actual people, as seen above, then you've played too much Borderlands.
