No, you misunderstand. We'd do it but get the banhammer so fast it would make our monitors blink. It doesn't matter, though, the older crowd of /b/ is gone, for the most part. We'd get a few fools spouting memes but that would, most likely, be the result.

Just in case, I'd check the boards for a few days. We have to have a few /b/rothers on the escapist who would be willing, hah!

Considering how my ban is inevitable for something that will no doubt be as retarded as a DVD Rewinder, I stopped caring about the Escapist as much as I did when we had two threads full of crying. No offense, but back in '08, we never had people whining over threads. Those people got told to shut the fuck up and deal with it. Now, it seems like the mods have to rush over to anyone who shows a sign they might be about to cry, and does anything to get them to stop crying, like the father who doesn't care about his child, and only does stuff for him to get him to shut the hell up during the game.

Oh yeah, 2008 was definitely better. I hate all those "Oh noes, our forum is dying!!" threads, but even I admit that. That said, as far as whining goes, I don't think you were paying much attention. Lot's of people whined. Less people than now, but there were less total people on the site. Sure, they may have been told to shut up by Taxi Driver or Richard Groovy Pants, but they're pretty much universally regarded as clever trolls in hindsight.
