So over the course of E3 we got to see a couple of interesting VR titles. But the two that seem to be hyped up the most are Skyrim( PSVR) and Fall out 4 ( Vive/OCCULUS).
I have to admit, Skyrim has made me want to buy a PSVR. I was on the fence before ( i made another thread about VR not too long ago), but now i think I'm ready to take the plunge. I am so excited for this game, and am glad i didn't buy the remaster for ps4.
Vr is, imo, shaping up to be more than just a fad. Sure there will be shovelware and tech demos along the way, but i feel that there is real substancial potential in VR. The problem is it's hard to sell people potential. The more support a system gets, the more developpers and publishers will take it seriously. The more devs and pubs take it seriously, the more games and better experiences we will get.
For VR to be sucessfull people actually need to be buying the systems that use VR. So now with the inclusion of Skyrim VR. I ready to throw my hat into the ring and try to contribute to the world of VR.
Discussion value: i know most people here , as per my other thread, are not convinced about VR yet. Has this E3 made any of that change? For the better? For the worst? Neutral? And what do you think about SKYRIM and Fallout 4 coming to VR? I this going to be the system seller we need?
