My favourite was I had just killed off a forsworn camp, and as I was walking down the mountain path, I saw a legendary dragon across the river just sitting on the ground. O.k I thought, sure why not. I take out my bow and arc a perfect shot that causes it to fly towards me and attack. As I line up another arrow, the dragon roars, but it came from behind me. I look up to see and ancient dragon fly over. I then fought a pitched battle where the dragons took it turn to attack. When one was on the ground biting and breathing fire, the other would circle and firebomb me.
It wasn't a particularly hard battle, I was level 71 at the time (my gear was all legendary dragonbone with double enchants, and I had a ton of healing potions most of which I used), but it was well fought and the most fun I have had in game.
