Anything which attempts to improve upon the dire soullessness of Oblivion is a step in the right direction in my book.
Let me guess. You read that they were going to add fable it without actually realising that they'll just be doing to exact same bloody thing they did in fallout NV, just with marriage added on IF YOU WANT IT.karloss01 said:My reaction.
Why would they do that? Fable 3 was the worst in the series yet (4 will probably top it), hopefully they may learn from lionhead's mistakes.
But what else is more lovely than watching your beloved disembowel their enemies for entertainment?HontooNoNeko said:Sounds ok to me if done right. In fact there is something romantic about a thieving couple sneaking into a mansion without being noticed(Assuming the AI can handle not being pants on head retarded). Although this better be handled better than Fable 3 if I'm an assassin that kills people for laughs I better not have anyone confessing their love for me as I tear out a guards throat.
Ironic that you mentioned that they were broken, cause i remember when Fable 2 was released it was totally broken. I think i've lost like 2, 3 saves on it (and one of them with EVERY SINGLE ITEM IN THE GAME). Also Fable is now just plain bad. I was a fan, i was genuinely excited for Fable 3, but it was baaaaaaaad.Mutie said:The Fable series wipes the floor with Elder Scrolls, in my opinion. Yeah, it's smaller, more linear and far easier; but it has charm, humour and NPC interactivity that just sets it apart. Elder scrolls is good in theory, but until now each game has seemed just as broken as the last. Roll on Skyrim!
