Soooooooooo, my fellow Escapists, after reading yet another topic starting like this "after 20-30 hours i finally have beaten Skyrim and i find both main quest and its ending, blah, blah, blah"...
Why ? What's the rush ? Why are you people running through Skyrim instead of playing it slowly, trying to become hero, protagonist of your own fantasy story, just, you know, for the sake of fun and immersion ?
There's no time limit. No achievement for speedrun. There are so many places to visit, so many items to collect, so many subquests to fulfill. Most of interesting events are prescripted, waiting for you to initiate some actions. There's no way you can miss some things no matter how much time you spend on doing something completely different...
Care to elaborate ? Please, go on. I'm really interested in your opinion.
Edit : I should probably write about my own experience.
Well, it's over 50 (close to 60) hours.
My hero(ine) is level 11, with only a few perks (i don't feel like investing into things i don't use anyway), still knows jack sh*t about world, and treats this whole "Dragonborn" thing like something between superstitious utter crap and pure coincidence (i simply were there and things just happened).
There are more important things - civil war, unrest... Ok, dragons are a threat, very real threat but if Skyrim doesn't sort its things out, there won't be anyone to fight those damn, flying lizards.
