Fixed that for you.Jimmy T. Malice said:The specs will, of course, be too high. So I shall play it on console.
In all seriousness, they probably won't be too different to Oblivion's specs. It doesn't look like the visuals have improved much. (Puts up flame shield)
That's overkill, I doubt it will require more than a 9800/4850, 2GB RAM and a 2.5-ish Dual Core.Rack said:These things are pretty predictable these days though. I'm calling a quad core 3ghz 4gb Ram and a 5850/GTX 280

You should bump up the CPU to at least a dual core, remember that even if the consoles are outdated they are still multi-core systems that take advantage of it.Ironwampa said:That's still too high, Fallout 3's requirements were:DustArma[]That's overkill, I doubt it will require more than a 9800/4850, 2GB RAM and a 2.5-ish Dual Core.Rack said:These things are pretty predictable these days though. 1GB System RAM (XP)/ 2GB System RAM (Vista)
2.4 Ghz Intel Pentium 4 or equivalent processor
Direct X 9.0c compliant video card with 256MB RAM (NVIDIA 6800 or better/ATI X850 or better)
Skyrim will probably only require a slightly better system.Remember, this game has to run on the consoles and so the the PC requirements should only go up slightly if at all.
that /threaded it.Ironwampa said:That's still too high, Fallout 3's requirements were:DustArma[]That's overkill, I doubt it will require more than a 9800/4850, 2GB RAM and a 2.5-ish Dual Core.Rack said:These things are pretty predictable these days though. I would be very disappointed if the recommended requirements were that low, my somewhat ageing machine is pretty much exactly that spec and it can struggle with STALKER SoC with the Complete mod, Empire Total War and Civ V in the later stages.DustArma[]That's overkill, I doubt it will require more than a 9800/4850, 2GB RAM and a 2.5-ish Dual Core.Rack said:These things are pretty predictable these days though. Minimum
2GB System RAM
2.4 Ghz Dual core processor
Nvidia 8 series Graphics card (perhaps something akin to a 8800 GT).
Recommended
4GB System RAM
1.8 Ghz Quad core processor
Nvidia GTX 260
Do the keys on the keyboard have to glow too? If so, my desktop is in the clear, as they are blue, but my laptop is boned because I was too cheap to pay $25.00 for glowing keys. I will sad face. :<Slowpool said:I imagine it will take some kind of combination of computer chips, keyboards and magical glowing boxes. $25 for glowing keys? The hell, man? How could you not make that investment?Dr. Pepper Unlimited said:Do the keys on the keyboard have to glow too? I wanted to, but when I couldn't see I flipped on my overhead lighting to see, I discovered that they shine brightly already!Slowpool said:$25 for glowing keys? The hell, man?
