Well, most of the movies that I say are hilariously bad are usually still given high praises (like the Micheal Bay Transformers trilogy), so I'll just go with The Guyver... It has Mark Hamill in it... and you don't even have to know what the movie is based on in order to see just how hilariously bad it can get...
Argh ninja'd I was gonna say The Guyver. Though I can't believe you didn't mention that it also stars Jimmy "J.J." Walker.

The odd thing is that I watched the sequel Guyver:Dark Hero for the first time last night. It's a genuinely good movie with much better acting, special effects and fight choreography, though the only recognizable actor in it is DAVID HAYTER four years before he became known for voicing Solid Snake.

Augh! Post-ninja'd for reminding me about the J.J.!!! Those were some good times back then...
Also, I haven't seen that movie in a very long time and I mostly remembered Mark Hamill when I posted that...

Wait... Wasn't there also a character that looked like Mark, but wasn't?

All I have to say is... ATTACK OF THE KILLER TOMATOES!

I saw it once when cripplingly tired after a three hour drive to my grandparents place but alas cannot remember if I enjoyed it or not. The trailer however is rather entertaining.
I know I've seen that movie before, but I couldn't breathe after watching that trailer. Nothing funnier than watching big ass tomatoes rolling down the street after people.

My pick still goes to Super Mario Bros, followed by Street Fighter. I'm trying to understand how a movie like Super Mario bros. even got green lighted in the first place. I would have never imagined seeing king koopa in a suit and the super Mario bros. wearing jump boots! Seriously!?

Edit: How could I forget Dragonball: Evolution. That movie was epically bad. Why did I have to watch it?? WHY!!!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

The guy who played Sean looked enough like him that Nostalgia Critic and Bennet the sage referred to him as "not Hamill" a in their recent review of the movie. He was awful but thankfully got replaced in the sequel.
