I truly hope Bethesda was just the publisher and not the people who made the game. Cause if they did actually make the game I am afraid for Skyrim...

It's getting mixed reviews.

Personally, I think it's great, I didn't buy if for the single player so I didn't mark it down because of it.

I wouldn't trust most of the reviews, especially user reviews. People who play the game like they would play CoD are gonna get frustrated, really quickly. I mean really? Marking the game down because grenades don't one shot kill?

I've heard mixed reviews, mostly around 8/10.

It depends on your preferences, but all-in-all, I'd say it's pretty good for a multiplayer-centric game.

Doesn't hold anything over Team Fortress 2, though.

They did a good job, but it definitely needs patching, its only real distinguishing feature is the SMART system, so really, mirrors edged mixed with TF2, I've been enjoying it.

Yeah, Yahtzee will probably hate it, considering it's a very multiplayer orientated game and he never plays multiplayer.

It's not bad just has a few issues that need looked at.

From what I've played of it:
-Bot AI can't attack, they defend fine but won't go for objectives
-They also have pinpoint accuracy on any difficulty and drop you FAST
-Hack objectives are broken - you have to plant the beacon and stay near it with a pad in your hand (can't use a weapon or you'll stop progress), stay near the area and they're always in the open. You fail a hack objective enemy engineers will put your progress back to 0%

This is just the single player side of things - have exam tomorrow and didn't have time to spend on it.

And I can't finish the story since one dam hack objective is hard as hell to do. It is a fun game though but it does make you rage a bit with how things are now

It's pretty good, if you're playing on co-op. The thing that kills it is that you can beat both campaigns extremely quickly and the whole multiplayer revolves around replaying it.

I wouldn't say steaming..but it does smell a bit..Im kind of moody about the money I lost on it, not the worst game ive ever played, but I lost interest in two days, after spending like 6 months hyping over it.

I don't mind it so far, aside from the fact that the "campaign" is just multiplayer with bots and occasional cutscenes aaaaaand I'm too stupid to figure out how to access multiplayer.

Depends whether you take internet reviewers views as gospel, really. Some like it, some say its terrible. I personally think its interesting, mainly for being an FPS that is different from the dull gritty realism shooters. Still, like i say it depends who you trust.

From his Portal 2 review it's actually pretty clear that he will applaud a good multiplayer game if it deserve sit. More likely to get a negative review because that's what he does, that's his style. He wouldn't be funny if he gave positive reviews of stuff. Personally, I haven't played it yet, so I won't say anything about it.
