I got bored of the game after a few short hours. Then again I don't really like any FPS campaign. We will see when PSN is back up and I can do online.

Also I'm rather unimpressed by the so called amazing customization, there's not that much gear here, what was that all about?

I loved the manual if nothing else, it had backstory, colours and everything.

If there's a demo, pick it up.
I think that if you like this sort of things, you can't lose much. They did put effort into it and made it decent.

I like it a lot actually, Most of the reviews I've seen were good too so... I don't really know who your talking about
Yahtzee hasn't reviewed it yet, but Xplay gave it only 2/5. That's why I was wondering.
Yeah, Yahtzee will probably hate it, considering it's a very multiplayer orientated game and he never plays multiplayer.
From his Portal 2 review it's actually pretty clear that he will applaud a good multiplayer game if it deserve sit. More likely to get a negative review because that's what he does, that's his style. He wouldn't be funny if he gave positive reviews of stuff. Personally, I haven't played it yet, so I won't say anything about it.
He only really tolerates multiplayer in the form of split screen coop or the like, so long as everyone involved is in the same room and thus bound to basic social etiquette (i.e. not threatening you with racist and homophobic slurs while describing in lurid detail how he would rape your dog/end his ideal date with your mother).

Jesus, it god bad reviews, reviews =/= Truth.

If it bothers you that you can't be a woman like in 90% of all other FPS's ever, then you won't like it.
If the fact that the multiplayer has some lag issues that might not be fixed for a week, you won't like it.

But if you like Multiplayer FPS' with a unique art style, movement system, unmatched gun and avatar customization, then you shall like it.

I think most reviews say that but juggle the words around a bit.

If you have an ATI video card, DO NOT GET IT UNTILL IT"S PATCHED. I can't even run brink, and it's not because my computor isn't very good. Top notch computors with ATI cards can't run it. Wait for a patch.
Wish I had seen your posting 4 days ago sir. ^_^
On Tuesday on release I would have agreed with this post's title. Glitchy and buggy as hell. Installing the ATI catalyst 11.5a hotfix seemed to do the trick for two days, and the game ran AMAZZZING (jazz hands) however now my machine as of last night is running BSOD's every 15 minutes or so in game. The game is fun once you get into it. Campaign is short yes, not for the single-player enthusiasts. I really want to get in game some more and level up my character but alas...the bsod's....
