All I can say is it's different. There was a patch for Xbox about the spawning, also Killstreaks DO stack.

Why would Black Ops solve the problems of Modern Warfare? Treyarch didn't have anything to do with Modern Warfare 2's development, but they did fix several of the problems in World at War.

it fixed pretty much everything except the fucking spawn system, god I hate it. Played a game today and got killed from a enemy spawning 3-4m behind me and shoots me, how am I suppose to defend myself against that?

I will admit, the gunfight is better this time around (Stopping power is gone, yay). But, the respawn system and the killstreaks and -commando-pro-is-totally-not-here? No thanks! I would rather have nukes (which rarely anyone had in a match, unless one side was really really ... REALLY awful), than the Huey / Chopper.

I mean, seriously, did they really need to add a reticule to highlight the enemies while piloting the chopper or firing from the Huey?

And the respawn system ... why did the guys I just kill while playing Mr. Sniper (which takes more skill, and in my opinion, much enjoyable though not as much as in Bad Company 2) have to respawn behind me?

Lightweight + Steady Aim Pro + Marathon with Ballistic Knife = Commando-Pro, this thing needs to go :s

The RC Car however is mad fun. It's easy to shoot down if you see it coming, but it's a fun weapon nonetheless.

no, killstreaks dont stack. what i mean by that is if you have chopper gunner and gunship as your killstreaks, and you get 10 kills with the chopper gunner, you wont get your gunship. you have to get every kill yourself.

Spawning is a massive problem, I've had enemies spawn directly in front of me in my scope. I've even spawned directly in front of 3 enemies once.

Oh, well to be fair, that wasn't all that obvious. Another thing is you can't have more than one chopper in the air at once anymore.

Seems that after the patch was released, when I use the Ninja Perk (silence footsteps) I'm silent running and sprinting. But not when I'm crouched or crawling. Anyone else notice this, or is this probably just my side?

The lobby issues, which I'm not sure if they have been fixed with the latest patch. Biggest one is getting kicked out of a lobby when there's more than 2 people in your party.

Final thing, the damn sniping in this game. Not so much the delay to stop quick scoping, but the fact there's hardly any map where you can be a decent sniper, without getting killed from 200 yards away by a guy with a submachine gun. A lot of encounters seem to be close/medium range. Most long range fights have a lot of things blocking the way, or you're out in the open. Makes me wonder why they even left sniper rifles in the game.

But I still enjoy the game. Leveling doesn't seem to take as long as before and it's good you can just buy the perks you want. I always hated having to level up so much just to get the perks I wanted.

I'm enjoying the game so far, but it is a pain in the butt sometimes. The spawn system almost seems as if it spawns you in the middle of the enemy team sometimes, some type of check seems to missing on the spawns.

I hate to be "that guy", but how does quickscoping involve any form of skill? The sniping is realistic now. Albeit that there are no exceptionally good maps for snipers aside from Havana for Domination and Jungle.

OT: Treyarch fixed most of my gripes. I just wish they'd fix matchmaking, spawning, and Assault Rifles being the end-all, beat-all weapon!

How did you get nuketown on a ground war. They block off all the smaller maps for that so you cant actually get the small ones like nuketown.
I play on PC. There are some Nuketown 24/7 servers up there.

they took care of a shit ton of problems, ones that i fucking despised.

however, a couple of problems have occurred in this, but i think they are easy patchable problems so once i get the game for christmas im hoping the game will be good to go

(all im asking is sniping made a LITTLE bit better..ive done it multiple times at my friends where i am in scope for a couple seconds and have my mark right on the dudes chest and not even a hitmark tick happens, i mean COME ON)

and the spawning is pretty janky..

otherwise im good to go =]
