So..does anyone still play on an SD TV?

I figure everyone's moved up to HD by now..but I could be wrong...I may have to switch back to SD for a while if this keeps up..my MW2 360 keeps freezing for some reason...I'm not sure if it's the console, or if it's glitches in the games themselves that is causing it...either way, I might have to buy a new 360. o-o..and the new slims don't come with HD cables. T-T

I use S-Video for my PS2, which is still just SD, I use HD on my 360 though.

Still SD here, though more of a budget issue than a choice, rather buy new games than a new sparkly way of playing stuff I've already played a lot. Course when the prices are more reasonable I'll probably take the plunge, just a matter of time

I'm playing on a 22" HD monitor. I can't really afford a full blown HD TV for now.

There still isn't an HD tv in my house. ._. I am soon to be upgrading though. Sony Bravia Ftw =] Not as good as Panasonic Viera, but much less expensive =]

Yeah..I'm just wondering how big of a hit visually it will be if I have to get a new console....plus that means buying the Transfer kit and everything too.. Will the Transfer kit even work on the new models?..D:..I don't want to buy it if it doesn't..and I really hate to think of downloading all those things again...

Ooh, and can you lay the new Slims down?..Cause..standing up would be a problem, seeing as how I have a few curious cats. o-o

I use an SD for gaming and tv because we only have one HD tv and its not for my use.

Yes you can lay or stand up the Xbox Slims because the system has about 4-5 vents on it so you are never truly covering them all up. On top of that the shape is kinda of an hourglass so you are never really covering it up.

I play in SD because:
A) My TV does not have somewhere for me to plug in HD, apart from a HDMI port, which I can't use because
B) My XBox 360 doesn't have a HDMI port.

(Devs: not everyone HAS an HDTV. Please include an option for BIGGER text).

I know what you mean I couldnt play arkham asylum because of the small text.

If only they read this thread, and did something about it. I also have the woes of a small LDTV (low def television). I am waiting though, until the TV i want is no longer 3500 dollars.
