So escapists what embarrassing things do you guys & girls do when your alone? (Nothing dirty please)

I do the usual embarrassing things when I'm alone.

Doing some crazy dance moves to some random song. And occasionally I [try to] do face impressions or voice impressions...and awkward cackles.

But isnt that normal for everyone?

Yeah, I thought everyone did that.

I do that stuff all the time, I also make incredibly strange noises. Sometimes for no apparent reason I will just start laughing maniacally to the point it sounds more like a shriek than maniacal laughter, I do that almost every time I drive.

Destroy my fingernails. I seem to have some nail-biting compulsion, but it goes beyond that into the realm of shredding the poor things with whatever implementations I can find if my hands aren't busy doing anything else.

I used to bite my nails alot too but not as much now, But you actually destroy them?

Im just curious,

When im around ppl I usually listen to rap or something like hard rock or techno. But when im alone or listening on my headphones and no one else can here I listen to Vocaloid music. I mean i like rap and everything else, But for some reason im really inclined to listening to catchy music with catchy beats but those kinds of music are considered really "Not masculine" within my circle of friends i would say. Like idk what my gf would think if she knew.

It would be hard to explain to someone who has never played the game before. Look at the LoL general forums and you might get a feel for what I am talking about.

Other than the obvious that I'm not allowed to post, I usually play scenes of a show that I'm writing in my head. However, I speak all roles out loud, just to hear what they would sound like, which makes people think I'm talking to myself. I also dance/lipsync to my music.

I guess my love affair with Star Trek TNG is mildly embarrassing too.

I do this constantly, even when I'm not listening to music. I'll be showering or something and realise that I've been standing there for like five minutes spasm-ing to some song in my head. Also I play the drums and treat any surface as an opportunity to practice, it must annoy the hell out of everyone.

I dance when I'm sitting up in bed, as well as sing along to/mime music. I'm really good at it.

Also, when I'm in the kitchen, I practice my Shuffling skills. My roommate and ex-roommate know, but yeah, it looks weird.

And yes, I mean shuffling as in "Party Rock Anthem" shuffling. I'm damn good at it to. I used to shuffle when it was still 'Melbourne Shuffling' and not 'shuffling'.

The difference being that I haven't done any proper percussion since I left high-school, though I often catch myself air-drumming... like now (I'm listening to Commander Shephard... MoS!)

I sing loud and proud! I turn the bass and volume up and play my favorite techno. But, if I know for a fact that no one is coming without me knowing, it's pony time, and I'm singing Winter Wrap Up to start.

I have no shame. I generally act like an ass inside and outside of my home, so this is gonna be tough.

Hmmmm. Okay, well, I sing really loudly along to "When You're Good to Mama" every time it comes up on my iPod. I even do a little strutting about the house to it. This is one thing I would never do in public.

Huh, I do that too. That's an awesome song! But I sing random songs even when I'm around people... one memorable day, I had "I Cain't Say No" from Oklahoma! in my head. My friends were duly embarrassed to be accompanying someone who filled every awkward silence with, "I'm just a girl who can't say no, can't seem to say it at all..."

Er, other than that, I dance. Especially when I'm cleaning. Cleaning = massive solo dance party for me.

I also berate characters in games that I'm playing. Especially those bloody cavalry units in Rome - Total War. Often they will run in the opposite direction to the one I told them to go in, just so they can get closer to the warmly extended pikes of friendship that the enemy is brandishing towards them. If there's a Rome 2, they'd better fix the pathfinding.

I swing on the rafters of my house too. I never want to live somewhere without rafters. Am I the only one who didn't grow out of climbing frames?

OT: I am alone 98% of the time.Most of my time I waste in my house so there's that.I have no shame when I am alone,but with others I tend to have a different attitude(I'm talking about real life not gaming friends).
