I still have my copies of Pokemon Blue and Silver, except silver doesn't work anymore, it won't save my game.

I think I may have Pong on my Atari 2600. I know I have ET (yeah...I know...), and the original Mario Bros.

My oldest is probably the Mario/Duck Hunt cartridge.

As far as floppies go I still have:

Might & Magic: Darkside/Clouds of Xeen

Where in the World/US is Carmen Sandiego

Mortal Kombat (yes for pc - awesome multiplayer memories!)

GundamSentinel

Captain Comic, from 1988, on Floppy Disk. And I used to play the hell out of it. Yeah, good times.

Tetris for the Gameboy. First released in 1989, but I think I got my copy in 1991.

Gameboy: Tetris

PC: Mechwarrior 3
so great, but doesn't work in XP

A lot of old PC Games from magazines, but I wouldn't count them.

Console: My N64 games (Super Mario 64, Shadows of the Empire, Mario Kart, Ocarina of T
and many more)

Looking around my room, the oldest game(s) I have is a 3-inch double sided floppy disk for the Spectrum +3 titled Chartbusters, published by Ocean Software, which contains Cobra, Mutants, Green Beret, Short Circuit, Great Escape and Yie Ar Kung Fu.

I said in my room, because I also have some Spectrum games on cassette tape in my loft that are older than this particular 25 year old floppy (I rediscovered the tape of the 1982 classic Horace Goes Skiing a few years ago).

At first I thought my copy of X-Com which I found buried in my closet a few weeks ago but I started thinking about it and I knew I had older ones around the house somewhere. So I went looking and I found a cartridge of the original Legend of Zelda right next to other cartridges including Legend of Zelda 2, all 4 Dragon warrior's, Bionic Commando, heavy barrel, W.U.R.M., and Zen: Intergalactic Ninja. All of those games are from the original NES

Got some burned CD-roms I got from the father of a friend when I was about... six years. An actal bought game would probably be the Pink Panther game I got for PC. Not sure about the release date since my sister stole it from me, but I think I was eight when I got it.
So from 1997-1998 somewhere.

Any of the Odyssey 2 titles I have in storage. I'm not sure of all the titles, but most of them are from 1982 (Though I did'n't get the system until I was much older), I remember KC's Krazy Chase and Pickaxe Pete. there was also some racing game I played a lot, though it really sucked.

I've still got my TI-99/4A with a slew of games from its original release (1981)

For PC, it's most likely Baldur's Gate or Descent, I forget which one came out 1st :p
For consoles I still own my copy of Sonic the Hedgehog for the Sega Genesis, despite no longer owning my Genesis.

*Ahem*

A few weeks ago I reinstalled it and played through the first few scenarios before getting bored... it's still incredibly fun to make massive behemoths that no guests dare to go on :D
