Let me clarify one thing, I'm the most polite person around, I'm slightly arrogant and I know that, but I overplay it as satire and make fun of myself more than anybody else. I do make fun of people a lot, but it's not personal. I suppose I'm somewhat of a troll because outwitting people is fun for me, but when I think about it, nobody is really any better than me, I just think everybody is stupid.

I have an inferiority complex(if that is correct)in that I think that I'm the most important person around and tend to judge other people, and I really have trouble over-coming that.

Most people don't actively hate me I'm guessing, they just think I'm a total dick and don't actually like me. I'm social, I've matured a lot, I suppose I am arrogant in that I try to get things done and don't fully consider other people's feelings, but I've been trying to be nicer and more polite, but it's just not working.

I feel your pain, i've suffered greatly due to this as well, i try to compliment people but i'm socially retarded so when i do i throw an insult at them, an example of this is "I used to think your fat...but now i can look at you properly i see your not..." needless to say that didn't go down well, luckily i had 2 really good friends for the last few years of high school and found a bunch of new friends in college.
