For various reasons (schedules not aligning) My new year's celebrations are starting tonight and continuing 'till monday - I'm bouncing from one house to another over the course of four days, and as far as I'm concerned every hour spent sleeping/sober between now and then is an hour wasted

I just spent half a hour preparing a panther costume for the party that i'm going to later today. Which is pretty much just black clothes with a tail, some cardboard claws and 2 cardboard ears sticking out my hair.

I'm done with celebrating new years, I can't remember a single year that I went out and enjoyed myself.

I'll play some games(my cpu is bottlenecking my rig, so I'm fiddling with the overclock functions...hoping to get max graphics settings on NBA 2k11 in 3D mode), some TV, a film and I'm set.

I'm gonna play DD for friends. It should still be a fun time due to the fact that I can actually have two or three drinks, wait a brief period and still be 100% functional (much like most of you). Still, I'm going into the city to have a good time and I fully expect that the community at large will be joining me in the 'having a good time bit'!
