Up to 17 years old I couldn't gain a pound, I ate all kinds of junk food and fizzy drinks, snacked all day long and had extra large portions at meal time.
Then I moved out on my own and for about a year ate massive pan fulls of pasta every night, a bag of 3kg of pasta would last me just over a week.
Which lead to a big gut appearing seemingly over night, I have stretch marks on my stomach like I had a baby.
I turned 24 on the 6th and since then I have been weight lifting, not to build muscle just to burn some calories. There is almost no weight on the bar, so it's just a lot of reps.
I know that isn't going to get rid of a big gut, it's just to start building some stamina, raise my heart beat a little.
