I tried both werewolf and vampire for my Breton battlemage, but neither of them seemed to fit. When I start my Nord warrior I'll make him a werewolf.

I was a werewolf but I never used it really so I got rid of when I could.

Why would you do that? I mean, just so you know, his brother Vilkas is the better talker....

You can't heal either, so usually I get killed much more easily than normally.
You can eat corpses to regain health and more time in beast form.

OMG... so does this mean you can become a werewolf in Skyrim? Thats like... fuck you dude. Delete this thread or change it's title.
That's really not a spoiler... There were werewolves in Morrowind.
And I still dont get how he can be bothered by the title since in every game related website there are videos and headlines showing how to become werewolf, and even before the game launched everyone already knew about it.

This is as much as a spoiler as saying that you can become a vampire.

Lolz I found Lydia sitting at the table with him so I took her out into the wilderness and shot her in the forehead.

What do you mean I'm too jealous...

I was making a joke about how his dialogue repeats. I know that you think that Vilkas is a better speaker than you, Farkas. I remembered the first fifty damn times you said it.

I never use it. Was funny the first few times but I'd rather level my skills (woot hit lvl50 couple days ago!)

Nice to be immune to all diseases though.

I love the whole concept of being a werewolf, but I only ever use it when I need to run fast. There's no real combat value in Beast Form for me. You're way too fragile, with no conventional means of recovery, and the damage you deal in Beast Form is downright PITIFUL. I have tried many times to use Beast Form in combat and enjoy it, but I can never kill anything because the damage I deal is so horrendously low, that you can't even call yourself a glass cannon. Maybe a glass BB gun.

Hahaha yeah that's true :p My friend had a rage fit at the mage who says 'You know if you have the aptitude you should visit the mages college in Winterhold' over and over and over.

I've never managed to kill anyone though.

Usually I'm half dead anyway by the time I've actually finished transforming.

I actually managed to pull off an hour long rampage across Skyrim. Very fun.

I use it for traveling a bit, and as a Dark Brotherhood assassin I've found it incredibly useful (if not the best method) for assassinations without being caught. Also, if I'm too outnumbered, or I'm taking on a troll or giant.

But I can transform twice a day because...

The Ring of Hircine. It's obtained in Falkreath. Go to the jail there and speak with the prisoner Sinding. He'll ask you to help him uncurse the ring. When you are propositioned to kill Sinding, DO NOT. If you don't, and instead rescue him, the ring is yours. :)

i use it as a panic button for my mage, when i run low on magicka and am in trouble i turn and either murder everyone around me or just run.

I use it mostly to clear out caves or forts and such. Kinda sucks because you have to wait for it to wear off and backtrack a lot before you can loot anything, so it almost wastes more time than it saves. I also don't like how you can be attacked during the transformation animation, seems kind of unfair :(.

Love being a werewolf. Not so much for the Beast form(though useful if you have trouble killing something), but just because of the full disease resistance that compensates for the fact that Redguards no longer have ANY disease resitance...(still upset about that and the adrenaline rush being weaker...)

I like the werewolf thing, but more because I'm immune to disease than the actual transformation. I think I've used it all of twice in my 80+ hours of gameplay. It's just nowhere near as good as my Orc Warrior dual wielding death in the form of forged Daedric weapons.

Now if only the Daedric prince weapons didn't suck so hard, I'd use those instead. Ah well.
