I hate console exclusives, so by extension I also hate this game. May it fail dramatically. I'll certainly never get to play it. For absolutely no good reason whatsoever.

If you make its only on PS3 your not making people buy a ps3 your just loseing a lot of sales, i would buy this game if it were on PC but its not so im going to give it a miss.
Maybe if they made the guy Victor Sullivan, I would care. But I don't. Uncharted was pretty, but boring. The story is going to make or break this game, and seeing as how the new ND used "The treasure is a curse" thing for three games straight, I'm going to predict this is not the next Bioshock. I'm just gonna chill in Sandover Village remembering the better times.
I'm super-excited about this one. We're quickly approaching the end of the seventh console generation (the longest one in history) and this game seems like it'll send off this generation nicely, like Shadow of the Colossus did for the last generation.
I'm hoping that games like this one and LA Noire before it really get game companies to focus on bringing good acting performances into games. For the most part, video games have had less than stellar acting. It hasn't been nearly as bad as it was back in the Resident Evil 1 days, but aside from a few notable exceptions it has still fallen short of the acting quality you would typically expect to see in a major movie. The Last of Us seems to be on the same level as a hollywood movie.
I just hope the gameplay is also good. It seems pretty good from the other gameplay videos I've seen but you never really know until you get the controller in your hands.
