Mountain Dew is pretty good just try the different flavors and see what you like. Although there's a crap ton of sugar and caffeine in it but I suppose most things do now a day.

From the age of 15 to 19 I consumed ridiculous amounts of it at least 3 litters a day staying awake for 30 hours at a time playing video games.Unfortunately adulthood has made this a past time for me when I stopped i lost about 40lbs.Occasionally I still binge like if a game comes out that I've been looking forward to I'll pick up a case and just go nuts fore about 3 days(wow what a nerd ritual) it's just so sweet and full of caffeine.

Mountain dew will not make you sterile. Unless you drink enough of it to get diabetes then maybe you'll be so fat that no chick would ever procreate with you so in a sense I guess it can make you sterile....sorta.

Most of the European drinks I tasted had corn syrup in them as well. Yes Mountain Dew is made using corn syrup, there is a version floating around here in Washington I see from time to time that is made from unrefined cane sugar, same with Coke. About the only drinks you are going to find around these parts made from real sugar are smaller brands, Jones soda, and RC Cola. Personally I prefer those as well, but don't share the same aversion to corn syrup over all.

If you've been raised on sugar made ones like I have, the change is very...jarring.

I wasn't allowed soda when I was younger. My mother was a dental hygienist and one of the few things she was restrictive about was sugar intake, little to no candy, and no soda - juice was okay however, which has as much if not more sugar, go figure. By the time I really started to drink sodas it was pretty trendy to overpay for anything indy so I had fairly equal exposure to sugar and corn syrup sweetened drinks. Still I prefer the sugar sweetened ones. I would rather drink a Rockstar over other energy drinks, Jones soda is my favorite (except bubblegum that blueberry one, and their cola), and RC cola is my favorite cola. Still I do drink the other drinks when they are on sale I don't enjoy them as much, but I still enjoy them.

Oh yeah 7UP is way better.

Mountain Dew is the same brand and is generally the same.
But 7UP being marketed more towards the EU means it's made with different, higher quality ingredients.

wait what? isnt 7up a lemon-lime soda? mountain dew is a citrus, i know lemons and limes are citrus fruit but mountain dew and 7up are different, one is bright green in color one is clear.

Woops sorry, it's pretty good. Not everyone enjoys it though, I get sick of it after a while myself. The most popular are the code-red and the regular. There's a rare one out there that is some sort of blueberry flavored stuff that I personally thought was pretty good. It's pretty hard to find though so I don't know if that will get shipped over or not.

Code Red is Strawberry with a bite, regular is Lemon Lime with a bite, etc. So basically just try the various flavors and your sure to find one you like. They can make you jumpy, very jumpy, lots of sugar and caffeine.

Yeah well ... maybe .. just maybe, possibly, by some stretch, somehow, kind of, If the stars allign, I made a mistake on flavors due to a lapse In thought, however, that is highly impossible and would only be spewed by a drunken madman with an Unforgotten Realms avatar, but I'm not pointing fingers.

You didn't have Mountain Dew before now? What a shame... it's one of my favorite sodas. Code Red is really good, and the Halo 3 one was actually one of the best. But my personal favorite is Baja Blast and you can only get it from Taco Bell.
