There is no way I would be able to bring it up.
Besides, no hosiptials, no doctors, nobody who knows what they are doing. No way would I be getting pregnant.
And there is no way I would ever give birth to that many children. I don't think so.
4 is my limit!

I think we'd have an unspoken agreement about it, and be able to cast aside insecurities and social constraints in order to get it on. I wouldn't decline the offer because we didn't have a chaperon or he didn't call after the first date, yeesh. After reading some of the more logical comments, I'm writing this under the assumption that it could be successful etc.

If it is only two people, Repopulation is out of the question. Not a big enough Gene Pool. You'd need a good number of people to make a sustainable population and even then, that wouldn't last forever.
This. Despite reasoning, there's no logical way you could repopulate the earth. This ain't Adam and Eve, here. Speaking of which... how the hell did that even work?

If the last guy on the planet started hanging around with me and asking to have sex, I'd tell him to go fuck himself. Just because I'm female does not mean I am obliged to have kids to 'save the species' (even though it really wouldn't), and to be honest, if the last guy on the planet wasn't my partner (aka the love of my life) I certainly wouldn't start thinking about getting it on with anyone else, I'd be more likely thinking about how to end it in the most painless way possible.

Err, that won't work with only 2 of us. And considering the situation, after a while it would probably happen anyway. Last two humans on Earth, both straight, opposite gender, needing each other for comfort, sanity and survival... Although for the sake of avoiding a child which would be a serious problem, scavenged contraceptives would be used.

Seriously, apocalyptic wasteland, no humans except parents, what a lovely place for a child! Yeah, no babies, human race ends with us, sad, but if it happened, true.

Sex would probably be one of the few things to do for entertainment period, so I don't think using re-population as a topic to get into someone's pants is even necessary or even a chief concern. One must remember that in end-of-the-world scenarios like this, continuing to live life as you'd done previously is impossible. Everything made by humans requires humans to maintain. Power? Gone. So no video games, DVDs, computers, anything. Portable generators? Only a temporary fix as you'd need to go out to find the fuel. Chances are any readily available fuel would be used up in a few months if not weeks. Renewable energy? Just wait until it breaks down. Then there's food, predators, environmental threats, diseases, the list goes on (even assuming that what killed everyone else wasn't a threat to you). Further the bond formed through working for your mutual survival would probably be incredibly strong so love would most likely develop making the repopulation topic unnecessary. Also as to the viability of re-population I believe it only takes about 100 people to have a gene pool sufficiently free defects.

So to answer the question I'd probably ask sometime after having had sex with her a few times as a joke.

No repopulation is out of the question, if we were to do it the human race would only be able to survive for a short while before inbreeding took over leaving everyone with inbred diseases thus causes our demise.
