So , rpg fans , in what rpgs have you gotten to the max lvl?

This question is out of curiosity and boredom ( mostly boredom ) . What games have you gotten to the max lvl ? For this thread mmorpgs do not count because it is expected that players reach max lvl for end game content. Also for discussion purposes which game took you the longest to get to max lvl?

Legend of legaia
Fallout 3
Oblivion ( maybe ? I max all my main skills )

The longest was legend of legaia , it really wasn't a game that needed anyone to get to max lvl in.

Edit : Forgot some,

Dragon age origins, Dragon age 2 , Final fantasy tactics , mana khemia 1 ( max out everything )

I'd say the longest was Persona 3, because I didn't get to level 99 until my third play thorough. I started it level 98. My second game got me from 97 to 98.

Sadly I usually set out gung ho to max my lvls but end up losing interest.That being said I did max out my levels(along with Fukka,Yukari and Junpei)in P3P thanks to Monad.

Borderlands, before the DLC (Though I do have the DLC to get to the highest level, I'm just lazy).
Kingdom Hearts.
Kingdom Hearts 2.

only Fallout 1/3/NV (at least that I can remember). Oh wait, FF Tactics Advanced and Front Mission 4 (LOVE THIS GAME!) also. I don't focus on reaching max level, because grinding just isn't my thing. Also, in many games reaching max lvl will make even end bosses (and most secret bosses) pants-on-head-retarded easy (note: rule does not apply to Ruby Weapon in FFVII, 'cuz that bastard plain cheats).

Last Remnant took me the longest to max out ... bloody grinding for skills. Had to keep taking breaks it got incredibly tedious.

What can I say, I like RPG's.

There is quite a number of games I maxed out on, although I can't remember them all, I'll list the ones I can remember most:

Final Fantasy I-VI
Persona Revalations
Valhalla Knights
Star Ocean I-IV (needed to beat Seraphina and Gabriel)
And .Hack GU, which annoyed me cause I maxed out before the final boss and took it out only using Haseo and one of the duel guns. The doppelgangers were more challenging and so was the secret dungeon.

Although I don't know if it counts, but I would get a few pokemon maxed on the old red and silver and crystal just to beat my friends

I guess the only one I've ever done this with is Kingdom Hearts, got level 99 with Sora. Didn't get it on Donald and Goofy though, those guys are just dumb and don't level fast enough.

Also, I have to ask. Why do you put a space before AND after your commas, periods, and other punctuation marks? Surely that's not how you were taught to type? It makes reading your posts really...awkward.

Ye gods. That's a lot of games to max level O_O

I've never max levelled anything, though I came close in FFVII and FFXII. If I can beat all the secret dungeons and ultimate bosses without being max, there's really no point doing it. Maybe more in this day and age if the game came with an achievement for it... but old school style, never.

EDIT: Oh wait, Fallout 3, but that was hardly a challenge. Happened half way through the game by simple exploration.
