FF 7
FF 8
FF X
FF XII
FF XIII
Lost Odyssey
Maxed everything in Last Remnant (there are no levels as such)
Star Ocean
Morrowind
Oblivion
Fallout
Fallout 2
Fallout 3
Fallout NV
Maxed out Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines.
Gothic 1 - 4
Risen
Nier
Maxed out Deus Ex (it is an RPG in it's own right)
WoW (yes I have a level 85 priest and it is technically an RPG)
RIFT (a level 50 Bard)
Warhammer Online (Rank 40 Renown Rank 80 Engineer)
Borderlands (it has a story sort of and levels therefore it falls under roleplaying in my book)
Maxed out in all 3 Fables.
Ego Draconis - Dragon Knight Saga.

And probably more that i've forgotten about over the years.

Last Remnant took me the longest to max out ... bloody grinding for skills. Had to keep taking breaks it got incredibly tedious.

What can I say, I like RPG's.

Edit - Did miss a few.

Witcher 1&2
DA 1&2
ME 1&2
sweet jesus

your list makes me feel good about my gaming habits. that is an impressive list no doubt in time dedication.

OT: I'm not a completionist at all..however there are some games i have gotten there

me 1
ff 12
pokemon (not all of them but a good 12 of them or so)
fallout 3/NV
Kingdom hearts 1

that's probably it for rpg's...

I get pretty far in all my games (100% most of them) but I don't think I've ever maxed out an RPG character. It just takes WAAAY too long to grind for all that XP. Although a friend of mine did unlock the entire sphere grid for EVERY character in his FFX game.

Not many.. it's very rarely necessary to actually level cap.. but if I recall correctly:
Final Fantasy 1.
Super Mario RPG: Legend of the 7 Stars.
Final Fantasy 6 (Cause of the general Leo rumor back in the 90s)
Disgaea 1, 2, 3 (Level 9999 baby!)
And I might have gotten someone to 99 on Persona 3.. but I'm not positive on that one.

I'd rattle off MMOs but I don't think they count since they expect you to hit the level cap, other games its sorta going above and beyond.

Fallout 3 and New Vegas, and I maxed out all my skills in Oblivion. Both Dragon Ages, CHRONO TRIGGER, and Star Ocean 2. Also both Mass Effects, and Borderlands (GOTY). Phantasy Star Online, too, which was a bit of a doozy.

PSO took longest, for obvious reasons.

Hmmm, off the top of my head;

ME1: probably the longest, 1-47 takes as long as 59-60 I seem to recall.
ME2
Fallout 3: Too easy to level, even if you only do the story and nothing else you can max.
BG2: Bloody hard to do with ToB installed
Icewind Dale: One of them, not sure which.

Ones I;m fairly certain of, but can;t quite remember;

Jade empire
BG, Dark Alliance 2
Dragon age origins
Dragon age 2

Final Fantasy Tactics
Final Fantasy 1,7-10,
Breath of Fire 3
Chrono Trigger
Disgaea

Definitely most satisfaction was Disgaea. Played like Final Fantasy Tactics, but in many ways alot better I think. You can go all the way up to lvl 9999, then reset it all just to hit 9999 again, only with better stats. Repeat ad infinitum, and you become a god.

Sweet Jebus, that's brtual. It took me something like 90 hours just to make it through the first playthrough in the PC version (seriously underrated game, despite its flaws), and I missed maybe a third of the content and didn't really go out of my way to grind for anything. I've been slowly working my way through hard mode on and off since then, and I don't even want to think about how long it would take to max everyone's stats and skills and get all the crap for upgrading everything. You must've been at it for weeks...of actual in-game play time. Heh.

The last game I remember getting to level 99 was in Final Fantasy IX. Before that, I think the only other games were Kingdom Hearts II and Pokemon Yellow. I'm not a huge fan of level grinding.

Wait, do you mean actually reaching lvl 100 ? or maxing out every skill o_O. Because i remember the leveling system in that game is not very grind-friendly.
