I haven't bought anything. Nothing worth buying. Well that's not entirely true, there are several things I would've liked to have bought but they weren't on sale. And since I'm broke right now I can't really justify the expense.

A combo of Empire and Napoleon Total War and a bunch of the DLCs. Came in under £15, so i still have money to buy Human Revolution when it comes out.

I got Alien Breed 2: Assault for free!(ticket redemption)
But, no usually I don't buy anything at the steam summer sales, because I'm financially dependant on my parents, and besides, I own most of the "good" games anyway.

Not a lot, was away for most of it. They decided to start the sale the exact day I went away for 10 days. The bastards. :(

Got Terraria, Two Worlds 2 and the Magicka Complete Pack.

Terraria

I haven't played it yet, but after seeing the vid review here, I couldn't resist.

I'm still a little intimidated from starting, I have no minecraft experience and a you-can-build-anything style of gameplay holds me back in an overly long planning stage.
Don't worry because terraria has very little to do with building.

Seriously minecraft is a building simulator with a little fighting to entertain you.

Terraria is a fighting rpg where you can build stuff to distract you from the fighting. You can't really build anything amazing in terraria.
That was the weird part of the video review, he said it wasn't very build intensive then shows off a gigantic labyrinth where he falls down a well for 3 minutes. Seemed like a mixing of messages to me, unless he didn't make all that stuff.

Looked interesting enough to buy for $7.50 though.

Morrowind on 25% off, and Torchlight for $2.99. Not bad, but I didn't see anything that really jumped out screaming BUY ME NAO PLZ!

So far, I bought only three games: Jamestown, and Half-Life 2: Episode One and Episode Two.

Though I'm planning on buying Frozen Synapse in an hour or so. Now, if I can only find a friend who would be willing to pay five bucks for that second copy the game comes with...

Oh it's definitely fun. But, those caverns are naturally occurring. It doesn't have the replay value of Minecraft, but is a much better "game" as in there is an actual objective.

Once you have the best gear in the game and have killed all the bosses theres no point to stick around and build stuff though.

ALIEN SWARM!

Ok, seriously:

Assassin's Creed 1, 2 and Brotherhood (already had 2 on PS3, but whatevs, it was cheap as free!)
Batman: Arkham Asylum
Darksiders
Grand Theft Auto 1, 2, 3, Vice City and San Andreas
Just Cause 2
Quake 1, 2, 3, Team Arena, Mission Pack 1 and 2, Ground Zero and The Reckoning
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Clear Sky and Call of Pripyat (Already had Chernobyl)
Torchlight.

I think that's all of them.
Maybe I should have put them all in a top-to-bottom type list. It would have looked more impressive!

Terraria ($2.50)
Portal 2 ($24.99)
Unreal Pack ($24.99)

Kind of a crappier sale if you ask me, but the summer ones usually are. Was hoping FEAR 3 or Alice: Madness Returns would go on sale. :/
