the highest one theoretically is somewhere around the 9.5 area, and that happens if three rifts act up together and form one huge rift whoch would CRACK THE EARTH LIKE AN EGG.
Anything more than 10 in the scale is either shit or a MASSIVE ROCK landing in earth and obliterating it.
