My school was smaller, only around 250 on a good day. We had that kind of incident on a regular basis.

I'm with you OP. The police and parents should have been called.

The girls have bigger issues than the aftermath of a bad reputation. I disagree with all of the sympathizers in this thead
This.

Thanks for the quote. In return I read your entire story and it was entertaining. Its like watching One Tree Hill. Drama is everywhere. We need more of it around these forums, I say.
No problem at all, but I've never seen the show.
Don't bother watching it, its awful. Its just another show about 20 somethings pretending they are in high school.

That kind of behaviour leads to early pregnancies,
I haven't met anybody who got pregnant that way.
Um... I meant premature sexual behaviours SUCH AS blowing a dude on a public place.
"Sexual behaviours" don't make people pregnant. Sex makes people pregnant (sometimes). Other "sexual behaviours" are often specifically deployed for the sole purpose of satiating sexual urges in such a way that no pregnancy is forthcoming. Saying that these things lead to prengancy is a bit like saying that unloading a gun leads to shooting a gun.
I get what you're both saying but I have to say I side with vato_loco on this one, it's possible that nothing will result but...YOU SHOULDN'T BE PUTTING A DICK IN YOUR MOUTH AT THAT AGE!

OT: Fucking hell that's weird. I don't know why the police weren't called either.

my wild guess...

Girls, junkies.
Guy, Dealer.
Principal, didn't want to stain his school reputation. But if someone told what happend to the police and that he didn't reported it he will be giving blowjobs to Bubba for some time.

There really isn't a victim, so I wouldn't mind it.
When a underage girl and a 20ish year old have sexual conduct it's pedophila and thus a crime, be it willing or not. To not mind the situation is to say that pedophila are okay as long as it isn't rape.

Well quite obviously they shouldn't have done it in public and unless something along the lines another guy posted (junkies, dealer etc) is happening.I can't really see a problem. but they should probably have contacted the parents, for the Safe sex etc talk

Sadly this is not uncommon. Schools tend to keep (and solve) these problems on the inside, avoiding parents, police, papers; anything that could lead to some bad publicity. But, you said it was a small parking lot, so they weren't really discreet and everyone could see it. In that case I think it would be better if he did notify parents, cause people tend to talk (kids especially), so they will probably find out.

Well, I thought my high school was fairly "classy". But after spending time as an Athletic Medic's assistant (basically I stocked medical supplies) during my 11th grade, I learned the seedy truth. The athletes were pretty much all skanks and douchebags (I knew they were basically all evil d-bags, just kinda confirmed it). Along with learning how many "easy girls" there were in the school. It was...trashy and horrible neyond belief.
I believe there were around 6 pregnancies that year, and 5-7 more the following year. Not including the abortions I'm sure many recieved.

A little background info:
My school is highly reputable, well, except for the marijuana. We never have fights or improper conduct, and we NEVER have this kind of incident on campus.

So anyway, before school when everybody was standing outside waiting for class to begin, a Volvo station wagon pulled up containing a 20-something year old man. He proceeded to pick up two freshmen girls and pull into a parking space. Two seniors were in a nearby car warming up, and they saw the man get in the back with the girls, and saw one of them giving him a blowjob. They went inside and alerted a teacher, who went outside and retrieved the girls. The guy immediately left. The girls were sent to the principal and stayed there for about an hour. But here's the kicker, the principal didn't even call the parents. Hell, I would have called the fucking police. Two girls who are under the age of consent giving blowjobs to an over-18 year old? That's grounds for the cops, right? The two girls were back in class in an hour and spent the rest of the day at school. Do you think the parents should have been brought to the school, or at least the girls should have been sent home?

Edit: It's a tiny school, 400 students max. Which means that the parking lot is tiny. Everyone could see, the way I see it, at least drive down the block.

EDIT 2: I LEFT OUT AN INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT DETAIL! One of the girls who I was listening to said that the other girl had met the guy online. This raises even more issues.
Which State in America is your school located?

Maybe the Principal didn't call the police because your state has one of those really weird laws regarding oral sex in the back seat of a parked station wagon or suchlike.

The Principal may have known that involving the police would be a lot more trouble than it's worth, possibly because the school (as the land owner) would be held responsible for breaking this obscure law.

I know that sex with somebody under the age of consent is illegal anyway, but maybe your state has a weird law that supersedes it and would result in the Principal being put in the stocks or forced to parade through town wearing a dress while hogtied to the back of a dirty horse.

This isn't Twitter.

You talk to people by quoting them.

Like what I just did.

(Sorry if I sound condescending, it's just people doing the "@" thing when not on Twitter annoys me quite a bit.)

When I read this I thought, 'wait...is he talking about my school?'

Then I saw how many students are in the school, more students than at mine. But there are two girls in my class who I wouldn't be surprised if they did something like this. (they already have)

pretty sure the "@" thing has been around longer than twitter.

But anyway, while I'd like to believe we as a society can use our judgment to decided whether anyone is at fault here, the law (in some states in the US) clearly states that sex with a minor is illegal, consenting or not, regardless if on the day before the 18th or 100 days before.

Personally, I see it as just some dude who can't realize hes not in high school anymore picking up impressionable teens. Yes they're young and young people shouldn't do that, and no it's not the place to do it, but like someone else said, I don't see a victim here. Unless of course there was some coercion.

Now if there is rape involved, or some kind of 'real' criminal action, then yes i would be appalled at the school's reaction, but since thats not the case, I don't see the problem with them resolving this on the down-low.

Ehh... Doesn't sound too bad.... Maybe it's because my school is sorta terrible.

People smoking on campus, having sex on campus, dying (not on campus).

The thing is, I don't even think my school is that bad.

I can't help but feel biased about this issue. One of my family members got pregnant at 13 because of a "consensual relationship". That being said if those two girls were at the age of consent, oh well. If not then he should be locked up. End of story.

Also slippery slope is slippery.

Screw 'em. They don't deserve a second chance after doing something like that. If I ever fuck up that bad, I would hope that I receive just punishment.
