Ah, forgot about that. I seem to remember it looking very good when TotalBiscuit had a video of it.ObsessiveSketch said:... and Frozen Synapse.

All right, then. As soon as I get bored of Bioshock, Metroid Prime Trilogy, Plants vs. Zombies, Half Life 2, Okami, Super Mario Galaxy, Twilight Princess and Lego Harry Potter (which I will rather quickly, but my big sister won't), I'll go get Deus Ex, Aquaria, Portal or Amnesia. Assuming they're still on sale by that point. And even if they aren't, I'll probably buy them anyway, so I can blow off steam after the holidays end.TypeSD said:at least a week, I imagine.leet_x1337 said:I have way too many games already. Where did you get your copy?Omnific One said:Don't buy Deus Ex. That's an insanely high price. It routinely goes on sale for less than $3.
I paid 10 cents for my copy.
I agree the combat is awsome. A little too hard sometime because you can´t heal in combat but that makes it more fun.The Madman said:Many reviews praise the combat in Witcher 2 as being fantastic, and I myself rather enjoyed it. Matter of opinion here.TypeSD said:The combat IS shite. Read the reviews.Loop Stricken said:yes yes, two swords? Drinking before combat? Confusing inventory?
These are aspects of the game you learn about. But if the combat's shite and the writing and VA is piss-poor then it's just not cricket dear boy.
Personally I'd say go for it, Witcher 2 is a solid experience and if you're intrigued and you've got the cash, might as well pick it up while it's on sale.
