Downloads that keep suspending themselves!

Start a game, Alt tab out of it, and restart the download doesn't fix it for you?
No. The download would resume, then instantly suspend itself again.

Working now though so I suppose the Steam servers were just under strain. I cannot imagine why.

Wow no way

KOTOR downloading, Battlefront 2, steam servers are too busy to handle my request. qq.

Another copy of Battlefront 2 (I don't trust D2D that much), Dark Messiah of Might and Magic, and hopefully, Bulletstorm.

I agree with you. However, in Australia we say "BALLS!"

Also, Recettear is quite..difficult.

Just bought Devil May Cry 4, Just Cause 2 and Braid

Never played a DMC game, loved the 1st Just Cause and only ever played the Braid demo on XBL

I...Love...Steam.

So many games I want, but I probably won't get as it will require reinstalling Steam on my desktop
I'm not sure why this is a bad thing.

Hm, two hours left to decide on getting The Witcher 2.
Oh, the agony of indecision!
Probably because I'm trying to cut back on my video game playing as part of a deal with my girlfriend

I'm going to assume you mean the translation and not that they added in English audio. I assumed I'd hear about that.

I picked up Terraria, Borderlands for $5, and Oblivion GOTY for $7.50. I'm looking at getting Bioshock 2 or Bad Company 2 for $5 each

Just bought Magicka complete, Darksiders and Garshasp. I'm having trouble getting the HOARD demo to work, otherwise I'd get that too.

I'd say so. Even though, I've completed the main campaign, I still boot JC2 up once in a while to blow off some steam as I blow up various buildings and vehicles.

Borderlands, Oblivion deluxe, Recettear: An Item Shop's Tale, KOTOR, BIT.TRIP.RUNNER and Beyond Good and Evil. Looking forward to tomorrow :p

I'm also thinking about Swords and Soldiers and Deus Ex 1, could someone that's played them tell me about them?

Deus Ex 1 is nothing short of PURE AND UTTER FORGED AWESOME
I'm sure, but does it hold up well by today's standards?
Graphicswise, not so much, if that's what you're after.

Story, hell yes.

Other variables? You may have to use some tweaks to get it to work with win7.
Don't care about graphics, as I said, just got KOTOR. But the win7 could be a deal breaker, what's broken?

Nothing, it has the same compatibility as KOTOR, AFAIK, Gratuitous LOLBBQ and associated ACRONYMs.

There are several threads on steam on how to make games released before Win7 to work on Win7.
Ok then. Now for the real stuff, how's gameplay?

The best. Multiple methods of beating areas, upgrades, character and weaponry. Decent hacking, etc

Also a system which doesn't give you the ability to perfectly snipe shit the instant you start the game, you want to get good at shooting, you have to work towards it ^^.
Fine, you've sold me. But I think I'll wait a bit, it'll be on sale a good while after all.
It's $6.70 US.... >_> Less than a.. I don't know, how much does a bottle of soft drink cost over there?
Ha! Now do you see why I waited??
