OK, bad call on my part.

I am in secondary school...i guess that would be America's high school i think...

So before you mention how much time you get off first say what kind of school you attend...high school, college, university...all that jazz.

here in England i have always had 6 weeks off between years at school. Nice time, but considering two of you already have 3 months off? But like i said-that might be college or uni, which would be understandable and maybe make me less jeslous.
They do it in france too ,wish i was there right now but no,6 weeks is as good as it gets

Going to Wales for a week to stay in a nice little cottage near the beach :)
Aside from that, spending time with friends, gaming, and of course, lots and lots of sleeping.

Wow, i like tge sounds of west edmonton.
Also PSDL school sounds really interesting. I think i woujld have to try it to tell if it is something i would prefer over regular learning method...but the mere fact that i am interested enough to want to try it out is a clue that i might like it. I have always learned better on my own, with no one trying to sway me either way. How does it work? do you get set a goal to achieve by a time or like...what? You got me really interested in this. How do you learn if you are completely on your own?
kay in a big nutshell, PSDL you have things called learning guides they are your teachers, you also have workbooks you have to get completed by the end of a certain amount of time, or rather you need a certain number of credists at regular intervals during to the year if you have to much trouble there are things called "ta's" and the TA is like a teacher at the help desk they can help you they also have seminars, attendance is optional but it helps, the psdl was hard to get accustommed to (just a big change) but when you get used to it you can whiz through the year (some people finish high school in 2 years and get a whole year off)
Wow, that's really cool. I think i would love that style of learning. Shame there is no such thing here...

well our school is sorta just testing it out kinda thing it's very new and I feel like a test subject, ALSO in this school you can RE-TAKE tests if you failed them and you can do tests (even final exams) whenever you want

Well, here in Tennessee, we get about three months off for summer between years of school, which I'll be filling working full-time and occasionally hanging out with friends.
I'm from Tennessee too!!

she decided she didn't love me anymore because we were so different, but i'm getting over it.

I'm 28 years old, and I work, so i'm not a freeloading hippie like you people.
Freeloading Hippie here saying that I actually finished my year at Uni in early April and don't have to go back until the first week of October... Sorry.
Haha, no worries buddy, just don't squander your time.
Is constantly gaming time squandering? Nah I work most of the time anyway.

You know...no jokes that is exactly what happened to me about a month ago-girlfriend decided we are "too different", after like 6 months of complete happiness. Wierd.

But at least we still have our escapist buddies eh?
