My closet (biggeset in the house, and therefore, the biggest mess).... or under my matress (once hid a whole sememster of bad grades under there)
I have these excellent stash pouches in the tounges of my shoes! Although I don't really know if this counts as a "stashing" anything since whatever it is i'm hiding is travelling with me constantly.
I have a variety of boxes that I keep stuff in, failing that I have a suitcase udner my bed which I put stuff in, and I have the only key.
When it comes to the internet, I have a laptop, so there's no need to risk using the family PC.

I once tried to hide my friend's alchohol right under the noses of my parents in a duffel bag in the basment but they opened it thinking it was mine and looking for dirty clothing... It took 'em five days though. If my friend would have came the day after we had the party like he said he would and pick it up everything would have been fine...
Ohwell. My parents dislike me smoking so I hide my pipe and tobaccos in a bottom drawer I dont' think she'd ever find a reason to look in.
I'm a great proponent of hiding in plain sight. It works for me most of hte time.

There is an old circular humidifier (2 feet high, 3 ft diameter) that I drained of water and gutted, it's my secret hiding place, and who is going to come into my room when I'm not there and rip open an old humidifier anyway?
