So your house is on fire...

fortunately all residents, including pets, made it out safe (where applicable). You can make one more sprint into the house before the fire swallows everything. What will you (try to) save from your house?

I don't know what that says about me but there is nothing in here that I would stop to grab if the place was burning to the ground. I am not a sentimental guy in any way and many of the pictures and whatnot I have are replaceable thanks to the internet.

I suppose if for some reason you held a gun to my head and told me to get my ass back in there to grab something, it would be my hole-in-one ball. I've been playing golf for 2 years and mildly angered golfers everywhere when I got a hole-in-one when many who have been playing for thirty-plus years (like my Dad) has never even SEEN someone get one. I'm sure I'll appreciate this thing a lot more when it's been thirty years and I've still never pulled it off again :D

Laptop. The TV, the PS3, the books, and anything else I could survive with being burned, I would cry for a while for the books though. But not my laptop. It cannot burn, cost me to much money to buy it and I sure as hell can't replace it.

Beer! Specifically my homebrew stuff, it's really nice and I wouldn't want it to be wasted...everything else I wouldn't really care about. I don't get attached to stuff easily.

Perhaps a nice alcoholic beverage to drink while I watch the flames dance. That would really complete the scene.

My bass- aside from being pretty much the only thing I own that's worth a damn, it's also the only really beloved thing I own. Still, I wouldn't want to lose my 3DS, those shinies took far too much effort!

If not, sorry for the confusion and/or traumatization.

The house I'm in presently? I'd run out with my life and maybe my Pokemon cartridges if I'm in the same room as them. I'm a huge fan but I'm not going back into a burning house for anything.

It would be the financial ruin of my entire family if this house went up...

My laptop, 3DS, pokemon games and phone would be my top priorities, maybe a couple of sentimental things like old toys too. My bedroom is downstairs and literally less than two meters away from the front door, so at-least it wouldn't be too hard to get back to it.

My external harddrives, my PS3 memory card (aka usb drive I back up saves on) and my purse that contains my 3DS, PSP and my favorite games along with my cell, wallet and necessities. If I still had time after that I'd see how many games I could get out because I have quite a few rare and expensive games in it that would be hard to replace.

Everything?

I don't own much and most of it is in one room. I could dump everything of value out the window in under two minutes.

I guess I'd start with the electronics, then the books, then the clothing.

I'd want to rescue so much that one run just won't cover even a fraction of it.
Most likely i would go down with flames coz i can't decide and forget to escape.

Maybe a hard drive. I don't want to lose all my work. Beyond that, I pretty much don't own anything I can't replace. There is some stuff with sentimental value, but I wouldn't risk my life for it.

Probably make sure my phone is on me and grab my laptop.

I've got a collection of framed pictures of me and my family from years ago which I'd grab. Any other pictures can just get re-printed.
I'll have to be shallow and grab my lolita dress. Damn thing cost me £50, I'm sure as hell taking it with me!

My computer tower. All this other crap can go to hell, but If I lose my main source of entertainment there'll be hell to pay.

I'm not sentimental about anything. Pictures can be redone and I don't really miss the dead pictured in the ones I have now. The furniture and belongings in here are nothing special.

I feel incredibly old and mature saying this, but I'd go back in only for the important file box. All the material stuff can be replaced by insurance. If certain things were to be lost however it would make things such as being able to do my job difficult, so the box with all my insurance documents, passport, driving licence, bank documents etc would be the most important thing to grab.

This is assuming my phone/car keys/wallet are all in my pocket, which they should be. If not I'd have to grab those aswell. I personally don't have anything of sentimental value, we don't have photos or similar things

My USB stick (contain my important data like my music)

One of my miniture figures (I got quite a bunch on my desk).
My wallet (since it got my bank card in it).

Well, I'd be glad that my pets made it to safety. Then I'd remember that I don't have any pets anymore. Then I'd cry so hard I put the fire out.

Serious response: Our entire family has the same orders: All our important documents and papers are in a bin in a location we all know, GO GET THOSE IN A FIRE.

Of course, since it's more likely my parents would be the ones to save those documents, I'd likely be able to try save my computer instead. I'd rather save my piano, but that thing is freaking heavy.
