Well, true to Youtube's style, an entirely different user has appeared to take over where the other guy left off.

I've asked him what a bundle of sticks have to do with anything and left it at that.

In this time, I've actually looked into it and I've found some very interesting things out.

******: the actual meanings

The word ****** it seems can mean any of the following:

British meatballs consisting mainly of pork.

A type of field mouse.

An archaic unit of measurement referring to bundles of sticks.

Well, I don't know how but Youtube has helped me learn something today.

:D

well if they're joking around, it doesn't bother me, i'll just laugh and say something stupid like "no you're gay".

But if they genuinely mean to insult me then i'll be offended, purely because they are trying to insult me, which is an insult in itself.

It still wouldn't bother me particularly though

I would just say that "it is not my fault I am so attractive that even men love me"...

I feel like this may have been a ploy to get me to read your comic strip.

So in critique of the comic strip, the art was good, but the joke too specific, and too wordy.

Hope that helps.

As for the main presented question...
I've found I'm a fan of Michael Ian Blacks take on homosexuality. Paraphrased: Being gay shouldn't make you less of a man but more of a man. You're so much of a man that a woman isn't enough, you need another man. To this I add the only thing manly than being gay would be F'ing wild grizzly bears.
why did you quote me?

Personally, I'd reply with this: "Do you "people" ever stop for a second, to think about whether your target may actually be gay, or Jewish, before using that as an insult? Or whether or not the intended target will give a fucking care!?"

I start flirting with them. I am heterosexual and I know it. Anyone who feels they can insult me by calling me "gay" is most likely homophobic. Since I don't give a rats ass about said person's opinion in the first place I may as well make them feel uncomfortable.

Well, 'gay' was like the #2 contender for most-used insult when I was growing up, so it's kind of ingrained in me now. As a result I'd probably say something like, "No, you're gay."

I ignore them.

That, or I could start skipping around and looking really happy and say "Why yes, I jolly well am gay today"

I comment on you tube a lot (glutton for punishment I guess) but if anyone ever called me gay or a ****** I'd recite my version of Winston Churchill's "drunk" quote

asshole: you're gay!
me: I might be gay sir but you're ugly, and I can at least hide my gayness...

Yeah, my response is just "I'm only gay if you're interested sweet pea" or something similar.
Coming on to them is the best response.

Mt response is usually "And your a heterosexual. See now, since your right about everything, go ahead and tell me more reasons that your so right."

This way, if they reply, i win. If its a long reply, theyve wasted their time because ill never read it. If its another insult, theyll look stupid. If they dont reply, i still win

Gay = the new retarded and when retarded first came out, retarded = the new square, and when square first came out, square = the new fool.

Most people don't even think of it as the sexual orientation when using gay as an insult. Word meanings change. So you better just roll with it, and check yourself before you wreck yourself.

I think it's worse if the person says stuff like "GO SUCK A DICK" because if the receiving person is gay, isn't it like saying "GO EAT VAGINAS" to a straight person..?
