Scrubs is losing the old charm of all characters. Kelso is nice, Dr. Cox is running out of jokes, and the Janitor is doing less mean stuff to J.D. But it's still worth watching, cause it still has it's charming silliness and colorfulness.
Heroes lost all creativity. First two seasons were great, they did the unexpected without being over the top, the characters were great, etc. But as the third season came, the story was silly and boring, the characters became unlikeable (with the exception of Sylar, who had an unlikeable period, but bounced back later). Towards the beginning, everything seemed great. Plot twists awesome, characters great, and other positive stuff. But as the season progressed, they killed all good plot twists and replaced them with shit. And the characters became annoying and the acting was overdramatic and boring. The only part I still like about Heroes is Sylar.
