http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s-Xl17B-Z0A Dude, it's Willie Nelson.
I've had my moments. I'm not looking for it because it's so much worse with the video.

Though I've never wept because of a song there are some that make tears well up in my eyes that I have to force down because I'm a manly man.

It astounds me how two people can make such beautiful music out of what amounts to garage sale instruments and a drum machine. And it gets me every single time I hear it.

Really don't think this needs an explanation cause its the freakin' Beatles

How can such a quirky, fun band have such a sad song?

This one is the last scene of their documentary Under Great White Northern Lights chronicling their tour of every province in Canada. And before I saw this that song had never really moved me in that way I got the vibe that it was a sad song but it never made me have tears well up in my eyes. After seeing Meg breakdown like that though just really got me and now every time I hear that song it makes me tear up a bit.

Theres more songs that make me tear but way too many to post so I'll leave at that.

Cloud Smiles, the last song played before the credits in Final Fantasy: Advent Children. It's by Nobuo Uematsu, and it makes me want to cry every time.

There are a lot ;A;
Part V: Morning in May by Ludo (from their Broken Bride EP) makes me tear up every damn time I listen to it. Seriously, if you are a fan of ingenious lyrics, amazing delivery and a mind-blowing story, please please please go listen to that album.

(vaka) by Sigur Ros is really emotional, and the video just depresses me.
The finale scene and ending performance of 'Come What May' from Moulin Rouge always, ALWAYS makes me cry. It's just so heartbreaking.

Now excuse while I go punch myself in the vagina for being such a woman.

Now, these don't always make me cry, as I listen to them in public, but I can tear up very easily when listening to them.

Doesn't always make me cry, but it certainly never fails to move me.

"In the Aeroplane over the Sea" by Neutral Milk Hotel.

What a curious life
We have found here tonight

It's reminds me of so much... joy and sadness all in one beautiful mess. Definitely a silent cry.

...Also, Indie band name is Indie.

Sweet Caroline. Lemme explain. That was my grandmother's favorite song (or one of them, she liked it because many people called her Caroline, even though that wasn't her name, but I digress) and I played it at her funeral about 9 months ago with some other family members. Now if I ever hear it on the radio, I remember, and my eyes well up.

Adagio for Strings is depressing, especially in the context of Platoon and "the betrayal"
Henryck Gorecki - Symphony #3 (3 parts) is soul crushing
Alice in Chains - Black Gives Way to Blue is a downer
Audioslave - I Am the Highway
Civil Twilight - Human (moreso in the context of the episode of House, MD that I first heard it)
Death Cab for Cutie - Passenger Seat
Filter - Take a Picture
Nine Inch Nails - Hurt (the music video of the same song sung by Johnny Cash even more so)
Several Radiohead songs, notably Exit Music (for a film) and Street Spirit (fade out)
almost any Sigur Ros song
Vast - Flames
Sia - Breathe Me (end of Six Feet Under was really hard to watch)

And last, song that always used to get me but I haven't listened to in a long time: Bleed, by Cold, off Thirteen Ways to Bleed Onstage

Finally, a cracking version of the best anti-war song ever written.
That song breaks my heart every single time.

"Words That We Couldn't Say" and "Is It Real?" from the Cowboy Bebop soundtrack bring a lump to my throat. I learned to sing both just because they're so emotionally wrenching.

I guess I'll have to take the song from Charlotte's Web when Charlotte kicks it.
Come on bro, spoiler tag that! I kid

OT: Can't say that just a song will make me cry. there are a few associated with traumatic events, or very sad times, but nothing is sad about the song itself. (like 'stone in love' always makes me sad because that song was playing when i got some really sad news about something once)

The "Home" reprise in the beauty and the beast musical. The OBC recording has so much emotion and sadness that I tear up whenever I hear it (which is a lot because I listen to it all the time...).
