i don't see how they can put a law on internet stores. even if they do, how would they track it down if you were? everyone lies about their age on the internet, including myself, so i can easily get an m game off steam even though legally i'm not supposed to. unless they start monitoring computer activities 24/7 and who's on and having to break the 3rd(or is it 4th?) amendment a dozen times over just to be able to even catch one kid getting a game he isn't allowed to get.GrimHeaper said:It wouldn't surprise me if they put laws on those somehow as well.klaynexas3 said:i'll buy it. simply because i'm a sony fanboyand i'm fine with losing physical components. only way we can beat that california law is to just switch to downloading games off internet stores.
Not to mention that Sony could make the downloads only last a certain amount of time and kill it making you have to buy it.
They may even have to do that with the pirating issues that the PsP has had in the past.
i didn't know they had piracy issues with that. huh, well, that could put a damper on this, but with them eliminating umds downloads are all they have to run with anyway.
