I really hated Blitzball. Got every Final Fantasy game for PS/PS2/PS3, but I wouldn't pick up that game. Doubt they'd make much money of it tbh.

How can you say that Triple Triad was terrible and lent nothing to the game.Snotnarok said:Blitzb-...God no. That would be right up there with XIII and XVI.
Now the card game from VIII...that'd be worth investing in.
I will give you that blitzball was absolute tripe but the only way you can get half of the crap from that was by save scumming and pray to the random number god that you didn't get screwed by the first move.NameIsRobertPaulson said:Sorry for the DP.eelel said:How can you say that Triple Triad was terrible and lent nothing to the game.Snotnarok said:Blitzb-...God no. WHAT? Playing the card game gave you the materials needed to make awesome weapons early, get ridiculosuly strong really fast, and breeze through the game. Also, it was freaking addicting. It gave more to the game than Blitzball, since all you got from that were Wakka's ultimates and a few items you could get anywhere.
you forgot 11 and 12 tooDanceofmasks said:SquareEnix lost a chance for a big payout ... by making FF13 and FF14 suck.
As a 2-D fighter fan my self I can sympathise with this. The problum is that there are not many people who would buy that game.II2 said:I'd like to see them redo Bushido Blade. 1 hit kill fighting games that emphasize blocking and technique are a rare find (even if the game did periodically do a dick move by having an enemy pull out a fucking gun and Indiana Jones your dopey ass).
